Meze Grill

I have ordered from Meze Grill quite a few times and have also picked up food. I was a bit disappointed this time around. I ordered the rice bowl along with Chips and Salsa. It took about an hour to arrive when the order said 30-45mins. I had to call to find out where my order was. It finally arrived a bit messy and some of it had spilled into the bag. Not to mention, they fogot to give the Whole Pita bread. I had to call again and inform them that I did not recieve the Pita Bread. They said just remind them next time and they will put in an extra one. That's not the point, I wanted the Pita Bread with my meal, not two the next time, if there is even a next time. If you are going to order from Meze Grill, I suggest you order at least and hour and half before you want to eat so maybe your food will arrive on time not when you are starving and ready to eat just about anything. I was tempted to cancel my order. Good Luck if you order from here.

Definitely a go-to place for lunch or dinner! We probably order from Meze Grill once a week at least. It is so fresh and delicious!

This was NOT a good lunch. The crushed lentil soup was only fair. The chicken salad did not look like the photo In the online menu nor did it contain the ingredients listed. And I did not receive dressing for the salad, nor did I receive the pita chips. Furthermore the lunch was not delivered in a bag, but each item was delivered separately. I WILL NEVER ORDER LUNCH FROM MEZE AGAIN!!!

Meze - I love your chicken bulgur bowls with white balsamic dressing, but your portion-size reductions are getting a little extreme. I've been patronizing this place since they first opened in 2009, and it's a little disappointing to see them skimping on things like bulgur, which is one of the cheapest inputs out there. HOWEVER, the flavors are amazing and the management is top-notch, so I hope this is something they remedy asap.

We have ordered from Meze approaching 10 times over the past three months. Pretty much satisfied each time. I like chicken wrap, lamb, and spicy hummus. Wife likes the falafel, spicy humus, veggie over rice, and lamb. One mark of a good business IMO is that when thy make a mistake, they correct it immediately. Meze has made one mistake on one of our orders. One phone call, an apology, charge immediately reversed for that item. This is among my favorites. I eat there for lunch on work days....

My regular haunt. This is probably the best falafel salad in Midtown, with the tastiest ingredients and at a reasonable price, to boot. Great delivery service, too, always on time.

Where to begin- first off the delivery man was the RUDEST man I have ever dealt with. Not only did he accuse me of giving him the wrong address (no other seamless delivery men have had issues and trust me, I am a patron of the site), but once he finally arrived at my office building he yelled at me for having the wrong address and then stormed off. The security guard must have seen our interaction because he approached me extremely concerned asking if everything was alright and I was okay. On top of the terrible service, my pita was terribly soggy and 75% sauce. They got my order wrong. I ended up tearing the pita apart and picking out the three pieces of chicken that were inside. I will most definitely not be ordering from here again. However, even if my order had been perfect, it would take a lot for me to order again based on the service alone.

Doesn't even warrant a star! Delivery took over AN HOUR AND A HALF!! When I called to complain, the lady on the phone just said "sorry", but wouldn't call the delivery guy to check on his status. RIDICULOUS and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Very disappointed.

Ordered falafel bowls and not only did they take over an hour and a half to arrive (I called and the restaurant cited Seamless issues and apologized) but the worst part was they were packaged so poorly that the contents had leaked all over the bag and was a mushy mess. Never ordering from them again.

The food is delicious but they often get the order a little wrong. If you're entering any special instructions (salad dressing on the side) make sure to call and confirm. That being said, its worth it. The food is DELICIOUS!

The food from here is delicious and the delivery is generally quick but each time I order if I specialize an item something is left off. Either an extra dressing or extra item is left out of the salad bowl. Its only a small amount of money but irritating nonetheless because they should be able to fulfill simple requests like adding olives or an extra dressing.

The order confirmation said 30-45 minutes, but it's been over 90 and still no delivery. I call after 60, was told the delivery guy would be here in a few minutes, then called back 20 minutes later and was told that the delivery guy was "5 minutes away". Never order from this restaurant, unless you are ordering dinner at lunch time.
