Mezza Luna Pizza & Restaurant

unlike the other 2 reviewers, my food came exactly as ordered. the pasta wasn't al dente but i didn't really expect it to be. the price was right, the service amazingly quick, only negative or positive depending on how you see it, was that my order confirmation actually came while i was eating. : )

I love their pizza. The issue is that somehow they messed up with my order through seamless. I asked for onion and pineapple and got onion and pepperoni. I've called for delivery before though and all went great. They were on time so that was fine. It was just when I called to tell them they messed up my order they asked what I wanted to do. What they should have done was say I'm so sorry we messed up we will comp your order or get you a new pizza. It was very annoying. So in other words good food just you should probably call instead of using online orders.

I'm giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I ordered a chicken marsala sandwhich and they sent a chicken and peppers sandwhich instead. I called up and they told me they don't have a chicken marsala sandwhich. I explained how they advertise one on seamless. They apologized and said they would look into it. They made no effort to fix my order which was inedible. The chicken was undercooked and the peppers were greasy. We ended up tossing it out. The manager never tried to make it right and left us with some gross chicken on soggy bread with greasy peppers. My friend also said they were nasty to him as well.
