Michael Angelo's Pizzeria

This is my favorite place on Seamless, and I order from them all the time. I'm addicted to their Chicken Parmesan - their marinara sauce is the absolute best around. The thin crust pizza is amazing, too. Delivery isn't necessarily quick, but it's generally within the window they give you, and the food is always hot when it arrives. I've never had any problems. Whenever I have anyone visiting, I order from Michael Angelo's and my guests are always impressed. Simply wonderful.

We really liked it! Ordered on a weeknight around 7, and thin crust pizza came in 1/2 hour or so, a bit quicker than estimate. The thin crust stayed very crispy, something not all places can do with delivery! And I like the kind of gyro-sliced sausage thing they do on top. Nice change of pace and tasty, just as an enhancer, but not something that weighs the pie down and overwhelms. Cannoli was very good, too. Will definitely order again!

i was torn about whether to give them 3 or 4 stars. overall, not stellar but i would order again, seemed like a solid 3.5. i'm all about the best sauce and the best cheese, but what's their worth if what they're placed on is soggy and tasteless? not so here, as soon as i pulled my slice out the bag, i knew i would end up satisfied. it was crisp, meaty and mildly tasteful, a bit more flavor needed. but the fact that you could fold without the flop while still maintaining soft bite, was great. it wasn't the cheesiest, so if that's what does it for you, you may want to ask for more, same for the sauce. the odd thing, it was sopping wet in oil, bag, plate all drenched from this one slice. i had pepperoni on top so i'll surmise it was from that. the eggplant hero, has maybe a teaspoon of muzzi on it, odd and even less sauce. but i asked them to toast the roll, which they did. well, actually, i don't know if they normally toast it. food arrived in the hour promised. pizza was warm, hero was on fire.

Pizza here is fine unfortunately I won't be able to order from here anymore as the customer service is atrocious. They got the toppings on the pizza wrong, and when I called to get it corrected, the owner told me that I was wrong. I was looking at the pizza and the receipt, and it was clear that it was not the pizza I ordered, but he told me I was mistaken and wouldn't correct it for me. He was trying to convince me that mushrooms were sausage. Like I don't know what a mushroom looks like. The pizza is not good enough to compensate for the service you will get. Don't go here.

I just got a cold pizza from this place. No one would pay $27 for a cold greasy pizza. I won't order here anymore.

Food was great, my GF and I ordered a Sofia Loren pizza and the Gnocchi, along with the Mozz. Caprese... We ordered on New Years' Day at 6:30 and was told 40-55 mins. No problem, standard waiting time. After an hour and 15 mins, I called the restaurant to see if the food was on its way. I was told "I'm working on it" by whoever answered, and no other info was available. After 2 HOURS, the food arrived (hot and fresh, but we were starving) and I despite calling several times, no one picked up. I get it, it's a holiday, but after being given a wrong delivery estimate, I got a rude staff member and a dismissive kiss-off. So, to sum up: Food gets 4 out of 5, service gets a 1. At your own risk...

Honestly great pizza. Best I've found in astoria. I get the plain old cheese pie and it rules everytime. Note: if you order hot peppers they put A LOT on, so I get them on the side. Also love the phone service and the delivery people, very nice and efficient!

worst delivery ever! They try to do delivery entire Astoria with a bicycle. Stay away if you are more than couple of avenue away. Especially when it's chilly outside, what you get is a joke instead a pizza!
