Milk 'N Honey

The food is great when they manage to get the order right. The service is horrible!! I've ordered hot chocolate and received only steam milk 3 times in a row. The breakfast rarely comes with homefries as ordered and they always forget toast or send the incorrect toast. I have ordered from here dozens of times and 9/10 times they get the order wrong, sometimes completely. I have spoken to the manager many times and each time he gives a credit but when I try to use it they still do not get the order right. My co-workers and I are fed up and will never order from here again.

Food is mostly fresh and tasty. On the cheaper end though. Delivery times are usually within the half hour. Order selections are occasionally substituted with similar items.

Late delivery; rude guy on the phone; completely unapologetic. Do not order for a business lunch as you will not get it in time.

Bottom line, this is a place you have to go to yourself to get your lunch. That way you can tell them in person what you want and make sure they don't screw it up. When you leave it to delivery, there's a 1/3 chance that they'll get something wrong and a 1/2 chance that you'll wait 90 minutes. So the odds of getting your lunch done right and on time are not in your favor.

Orders are constantly delivered later than scheduled on Seamless. Salads miss key ingredients requested (and paid for)..ie tuna.

This is a pretty good place. I was happy with the quality of the food and the delivery time. If they don't have an option that you ordered, they call you and ask you what you want to do, instead of some other places that just make substitutions for you without even checking first. And they have a good variety on the menu, too. All in all, a thumbs up.

OVER PRICED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, SNAIL DELIVERY, FOOD IS OK, I HAVE HAD BETTER PANINI THAN WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER. WAIT TIME FOR THEIR STORE IS INSANE. PORTIONS ARE SMALL. I LIKE THEIR MUFFIN WITH COFFEE SPECIAL FOR $4, BUT DUE TO INEFFICIENT SERVICES WAIT TIME IS TOO LONG.
