Food is a total diappointment. Seamless web must not list this restaurant with the existing rating. We ordered food for 4 people. The quality of food was the worst in every item we ordered.

This food is so good. I must have ordered at least a dozen times from this place now and every time it is delicious. It is the tastiest Indian food I know of in the city. Especially recommended: shahi paneer and rasmalai. I don't even really like deserts, but this rasmalai is something else.

Have always had great experiences w/ delivery & in restaurant. Food is good and consistent - great value for the price. The ladies at the buffet are always so nice and will explain what is in the dishes on display (great so you can try some dishes you might not normally order for delivery). Just ordered delivery to 57th street and it arrived piping hot in 20 minutes! This is my second delivery to this address and first time was also very quick.

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST MANAGEMENT. My order was not here after 1 and a half hours of ordering and the the restaurant tells me, "You want the delivery person to fly?" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this place unless you want to starve yourself and get super frustrated. The manager- "Rani Adhwal" needs to act like a business person and know how to treat customers. Shame on you Minar for such a terrible service!

one of the WORST delivery experiences i've ever had. the restaurant took 3.5 hours to tell me that my order couldn't be delivered and that i had to walk there to pick up an order for 20 people on my own. the multiple people who picked up the phone to speak to me about my order cursed me out several times and told me to go F myself. when i arrived, they didn't have the food ready. i waited 30 mins for them to put the slop into the containers. they messed up the order, too. papri chat was soggy. that means it was sitting there for hours. all of our orders of saag paneer was disgusting. the only thing that tasted decent was my chicken tikka masala. i will never order from them AGAIN.

Minar can be a hit or miss unless there are specific dishes you like and order consistently. My husband loves the non-veg platter with keema peas and chicken tikka masala. Their price for non-veg platter on Seamlessweb.com is high - they have one less non-veg entree and a naan, I would have preferred if they offered here what they offer while eating in or ordering directly. I tried their mysore masala dosa, it is crazy spicy, despite my asking them to reduce spice. I am Indian and even I couldn't eat it! Sometimes they forget to send the coconut chutney with dosas despite my telling them to send it. The idli is good. I don't like most of their veg entrees, but like their chapati option. I LOVE the Kari Pakora special, they need to offer it everyday instead of only Tuesdays. Their aloo gobi is quite good but sometimes too greasy. Their appetizers tend to be heavy sometimes. Overall a decent place at a reasonable rate. I order more frequently only because my husband likes their keema peas and chicken tikka masala a lot.

This is absolutely the worst Indian I have ever had. With so many great places in NYC, why would anyone settle for this?

Can't review the food because even though it said 25-40 minutes, it's been an hour and still nothing. Called the restaurant and they seemed to have no idea about my order, and then I'm pretty sure they lied and said it was "on it's way." Very annoying to wait over an hour for lunch while you're at work and have afternoon meetings scheduled.

Count 2 hours to deliver when it rains (2 blocks away...). Ordered a Saag Paneer, not my favorite but the cheese is good. It was my 1st order there. Will try someone else next time.

Pretty good food for the price, and the portions are big. It is not the absolute best Indian food I have ever had, but it is cheap, fast, and pretty good so it fits the bill for a quick lunch!

Consistently the best Indian food for delivery. You could pay much more for similar quality, but why would you?
