Mishima

I've ordered from Mishima many times and it was always excellent. My last order was terrible. It was not fresh and poorly put together.

Amazing sushi. I've been to nobu, and Mishima has the same quality sushi and better service. They are friendly and professional. Love Mishima.

Very fresh sushi. Order from here consistently and it is always excellent. Order comes within a reasonable time (~30 minutes).

First, it almost takes 1 hr and 20 mins for the delivery service. i called the restaurant after 1 hr, and the people on the phone said the delivery man is on the way. but it still takes 20 mins to get the food delivered. and i just live 3 and half blocks away from the restaurant. Second, when i open the food, the stapler bullet is gone, so the paper bag is opened during the delivery, and everything is getting cold, even the rice gets hard, and the Teriyaki sauce is getting sticky. The miso soup is spread out of the container. Third, it's expensive and not worth.

I ordered from here many times and was always happy... Unfortunately the last time I ordred the food was terrible. I ended up throwing away several pieces of sushi. I should have called to complain.

So glad I happened upon this gem near my office. The sashimi is fresh and the service is great -- they always give you a cup of tea if you arrive and have to wait before your order is ready. Can't wait to stop in one day for a sit-down meal.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I love this place. I live at 30th and 2nd, and have been ordering from them for many months now. Rarely have I been disappointed. Excellent food, excellent service. Love these guys really.

Worst customer service ever. Have been livingin murray hill over the past 6 yrs and have noticed gradual decline in food and service throughout. Manager is very rude and insistent that she is right. Used to be a good place where locals and native Japanese people (a good sign in a sushi place) would eat but has truly dropped to the bottom.

it was my first time ordering from here.. took them an hour to deliver to where is about 3 blocks away.. the food (katsu and gyoza) was cold, sashimi was rather warm and it wasn't that fresh. only the miso soup was hot. definitely wasn't a 5 star choice.

Very consistent, fresh sushi. Plus, they have real, grated wasabi if you ask for it. Service and specials are excellent.
