Miss K's Italian Eatery & Cafe

I had to write a review because all the other reviews talked about bad delivery service. The food was GREAT, the portions were hearty, and the food was delivered well within the promised time. We have added this restaurant to our favorites when we want good Italian food to go.

Placed an order at 8:23pm.. It's 10pm and I still haven't gotten it. The estimated wait was 15-30 minutes. I've called twice and the guy who answers keeps aggressively saying that it's almost here, he is extremely rude. I would rate the food but I don't think ill ever get it. Won't be ordering from here again. (update: never received order)

Ordered it at 10pm mainly because the wait time was 15-30 minutes. It's 11pm and I'm still waiting. Called 15 minutes ago and they said it was on the way.

I waited for an hour for my order! then i called and they told me their fax is not working . i had to RE ORDER .... ughhh i get in a really bad mood when im hungry! just saying!

This place is AWEFULL! If they do not have what you ordered, they do not call to ask if you would like to change your order. They simply replace it with whatever they want and deliver it. This review is based on two separate occasions where I have recieved something other than what I ordered. I will be calling to SeamlessWeb to complain.

after an hour of waiting, i called to check the status of my food - they "forgot".. another 25 minutes goes by before they get a delivery guy out to me. The order was wrong, the sizes, the food, everything. i ate it anyway because after an hour and a half i was starving. Get yourselves together!

Ordered at 11:09 w/ "15 - 30 min" delivery estimate...showed up at 12:40. If you want to wait an hour and a half, go ahead and order. Or else..move on.
