Never again. This place is an unbelievable rip-off. When you order shrimp, you get ONE shrimp for $4.50, though nowhere on the site does it say you have to order the number of shrimp you'd like. Which, now that I know that, is INSANE. 6 shrimp which is a normal amount for an appetizer would cost you $27! And they're not any good. When I called and asked for the manager to tell them about this mistake, they yelled at me and said they don't want "people like me" as a customer anyway. Don't worry. You won't.

They messed up the order and gave a pretty lame excuse as to why, citing I didn't specify cooking preference. There was no option or mention of cooking pref on the item. They also forgot to bring the drink. Also, pretty small for the price.

Will never order from here again. I placed an order at 7:30 and received the confirmation that delivery would take 30-45 minutes. At 8:40 I called to get an estimate of how much longer it would take. I gave my street address (but didn't give my apt #) at this point they said it would be 10 minutes until i got my food. So i waited a generous 20 minutes before calling again. At this time i was told the delivery man went the wrong way but my food would be at my door in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later i called again and now they tell me that they never received my order!!! When i asked how that was possible since I already called twice and was never told this they said that they had other orders for my building. Now, maybe its just me, but if you have multiple orders for the same building i would think you would confirm the apt # so that at 8:40 (after waiting an hour already) i could have ordered from somewhere else. On top of it, they claimed that there was no manager on duty that night-they already went home and that i was speaking to the owner's niece. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Also, apparently all the other orders for my building were put through seamless, interesting how 1 just managed to not show up.

The food we got was pretty good: the Mazorca asada was to die for, the rest of the dishes ranged from tasty to meh. They left out one of the drinks we ordered, though. The delivery was very slow and the food had gotten a bit cold by the time it arrived, but the weather was bad that weekend so maybe they were swamped with delivery orders that day. In summary, a 4-star rating for the food (which ranged from 5 stars for the corn to 3 stars for the pork), taken down to 3 stars for the mistake in filling our order and the slow service.

Great addition to seemless! Had a couple entrees and they were very good portions and very tasty! Price was right and delivery was quick!

I always get the Churrasco and the Ropa Vieja. The food is great as aways but comes in small portions. Sometimes they forget the drinks :(

The food is delicious, the service is very attentive and professional, it's a fantastic dining experience. The flan is so good, you might want to consider a second portion ;-)
