I placed a relatively simple order last night. After waiting 45min, I got a phone call from the place saying he didn't have any delivery guys and could I just pick it up? First of all, the food is nothing to write home about and I only go here when I absolutely have to have a bagel because there's no where else in Bk Heights, but the delivery is atrocious. Why wait 45min to tell me you can't deliver?

Do not order a dozen bagels from here unless you want half of them to be plain - no matter what you order. It has happened twice to me. I order a dozen whole wheat, or a dozen everything, and I get 7-8 of what I order and the rest plain white bagels. They don't tell you this and then they don't fix it when you point it out after receiving the order. Just don't order from here.

pretty slow delivery but usually adequate bagels however this time instead of putting a grilled egg on the bagel sandwich they randomly cut up an old hard boiled egg. Watch out.

The food came pretty fast, but a 24oz iced tea was really a 16oz snapple - and the Napoli salad came with blue cheese dressing and the raspberry dressing instead of actual blue cheese. Why would anyone give you two dressings to mix?? The bagel was ok, but kind of a disappointing experience..

Bagels are so good. The best in Brooklyn. Strawberry cream cheese is just right. Create a Salad is fun and comes out super fresh! Fast delivery too.

Best bagels in Brooklyn Heights. My 4-star rating applies to their bagels. Their sandwiches are also good, but go there for bagels.

The food here is always decent and the delivery is generally fast. It's not spectacular but works for a lazy Sunday morning.

I can't submit a rating with no stars, but I want to. Our food never arrived! We waited for 3 hours and called 7 times. After 1 hour we were told our food was ready and would be on its way shortly. After 1hr 30mins we called and got a woman with serious attitude who refused to even look into the status of our order. After 1hr 45mins the same woman said our order was sitting there, she could see it, and it is on its way. After 2hrs we got a man who apologized and said it would be on its way soon. At 2hrs 15mins we were told there was no order there for our name so it must have left. At 2hrs 30mins we were told the order was with the delivery person. At 2hrs 40mins we told them to cancel the order. They said they would refund our money, but we could take the order anyway "on them". At 3hrs, nothing. Don't ever order from here. It's not that they are running behind that is off-putting, that happens, it is the fact that they are liars and so incredibly rude that is offensive. We will not support a business that operates this way.
