Moonstruck (2nd Ave)

Unimpressive. Moonstruck is most likely better in-restaurant than for delivery. Once I finally received my order, merely 20 minutes after the estimated wait time, it was wrong. Do not recommend.

I have a habit of ordering waffles and icecream when I am hungover. The waffle sundae from Moonstruck is out of this world. One big soft/crispy belgium waffle, two large scoops of ice cream of your choice, covered in chocolate or strawberry syrup, crunchy walnuts and generous whipped cream and cherries. When you order a waffle sundae, you are looking to enjoy something decadent, and this will not disappoint. They make it the way you would make it at home, not skimping on anything. Ends up being around $11 after tip, which I think is a great deal for not having to even leave your apt. And it always arrives within 15-20 mins. Highly recommended!!

moonstruck is the fastest delivering diner near me, but, they rarely get the order right. i order delivery food when i am lazy... if i ask for mayo or pepper on my sandwich, then put it on. when i want my bread toasted or cheddar cheese on my egg sandwich, don't forget to toast the bread, and don't put american cheese on. if you don't have cheddar, call me and ask for an alternative.

why did i have to pay extra to get a tomato slice on my sandwich when they're clearly already saving money by serving it on old stale bread? apparently they didn't know either and decided not to give me the tomato. i got a really bland egg salad sandwich, the worst i've ever had, on stale bread, without the tomato i had to pay extra for at moonstruck. ridiculous!

I'm vegetarian and don't particularly like eating my eggs that were cooked on the same side as the bacon and other meats. I took one bite and the rest went into the garbage rather quickly. Not ordering from here again.

It is a deliveryman's job to deliver your food not tell you to meet you halfway. The delivery man who delivered my food refused to come upstairs and deliver my food at my doorstep. Instead he demanded that I come downstairs to pick up my food. It was a very frustrating experience doing so. I was not dressed and I was relaxing all of a sudden I have to do a task that was not expected to do. But I was hungry so I decided to just simply bite the bullet and head downstairs to pick up my order.

The food is fine, but the attention to the order is abysmal. I ordered a sandwich with lettuce and tomato - neither were included. I also requested no cole slaw, they included that anyway. My friend ordered a cobb salad with no bacon - they included bacon anyway.

They delivered earlier than quoted but forgot to bring the full order. They forgot the Diet Coke I ordered as well as the Splenda I asked for on the side. In addition to forgetting parts of my order, they spilled the coffee in the bag along the way. I am unhappy with my delivery.

Breakfast is good, milkshakes are amazing! Other food i have had has been basic diner food. The service at this place is horrible thought! Deliver man are rude and wait time is very long. Plus they have messed up on orders and after calling they never done anything to rectify it.

the service at this place is by far the worst i have ever experienced for a diner who relies on quantity of orders to make money. i just waited 2 hours for an order that was supposed to take 30-45 minutes and it was as cold as my refrigerator. i wish i could say this was the first time. too bad the food is decent, it's a shame. i will not only not recommend this place to anyone from this point forward, but i will say nothing but negative things because for them to profit off their terrible service is a sin

When nothing else is open go ahead. Other than that, they make the food however they feel like regardless of your order. Quality is super low.
