Moonstruck Diner (Madison)

It is a diner after all. Don't expect much. Learned that you have to order what is exactly on the menu. Substitution/Add-On are not welcome here. They will ask you to pay in cash if you want to add something or if something is missing and they need to come back. Food taste ok. Try to avoid delivery.

How hard is it to make a simple grilled cheese sandwich? Pretty difficult judging by e mess I received from this diner. I realize that we are talking about a grilled cheese sandwich here, but they are after all, a diner, a restaurant that specializes (in theory) in this type of food. Have a little pride in your craft and actually send your customers food that is properly cooked! I've given way too many chances with this place. Never again.

dont order from this diner!! they have the worst worst worst customer service. i ordered an omlette and included in the notes to add scallions. you can add any vegetables for free. when i got the omlette, they ignored the notes to add scallions, hold the potatoes and include mustard. when i called to complain, they didnt even apologize and told me they would have to charge me for a new omelette if i wanted it fixed. the food is not worth the terrible customer service.

Apparently Moonstruck does not know the difference between Chicken Salad on a Pita and a Grilled Chicken Salad on a bed of lettuce. Disappointed that they messed up my order.

Estimated time was 30-45 minutes. Delivery arrived in 15 minutes. Food is great and always hot! So many choices. Definitely my go to diner!

good food, a bit on the expensive side for a diner but great selection of both breakfast and dinner love the club sandwiches, and the chicken salad is exceptionally good home fries and eggs well done will brighten up any morning good neighbor hood place with quick delivery

Fed up with this place. Inconsistent service, orders quite often incorrect. Today was final straw - burger deluxe ordered with no fries. Called to have new one sent after waiting over 30 minutes, asked for discount, response was "you're getting a new burger", Go someplace else with a modicum of customer service.

Food was of OK quality but the grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat was extremely small and the matzo ball soup was half the size advertised. I felt ripped off and I will never order from here again.

Poor showing on the delivery. Ordered a cheeseburger which is served with onion ring, cole slaw and pickle. Got 2 onion rings, a scoop of cole slaw, and a mini pickle. French Toast and Sauasge also fell short.

Do not trust their delievery time estimates. Said order would be delivered in 15-30 minutes. It is now well over 1 hour after I placed the order and still no delivery. Plenty of other better options on Seemless.
