Called when the order was a half hour late and told it was leaving in 5 minutes. Called 40 minutes later and still hadn't left. Over 2 hours and no food. Definitely not ordering from here again. Similar thing happened to me before too. Food is definitely good, but not worth dealing with the awful service.

This place used to be decent. It is no longer the case. Thankfully, there are enough Turkish restaurants around which do justice to this delicious cuisine.

Food was acceptable but they failed to deliver the extra pita I ordered and paid for. After a 50 minute wait for the food on a Saturday afternoon it was not even worth calling to complain about. Additionally the delivery guy could not use a simple intercom system to look up my name to buzz him in. Would avoid if you are in a hurry.

Merguez is my new favorite sausage, and after Cafe Moghador, this is my favorite place to get it. Haven't been to the downtown one in person but at the uptown location the fresh made pitas are amazing, they bake them in a pizza oven and they puff up like a ball when they bring they to you. Great with hummus or in a sandwich.

Took an hour for delivery and everything is cold. This is the second time I have had problems here and the management isn't helpful in correcting problems

The food is great. The delivery is ALWAYS LATE. ALWAYS. I think they don't put my order together until I call to check on it...20 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. Yet they always say "oh yeah, the guy just left with your order." B.S. I've decided not to order from them anymore.

Succulent chicken kebab that comes on wonderfully flavorful lentil puree. The pitas are huge and clearly baked to order (still warm when they arrive)! The "pitza" is really delicious too - especially the one with zatar spice. Deliver times also accurate. Awesome all around!
