Mr. Biggs Bar and Grill

We did not receive half the items we ordered, and my daughters waited at the bar to pick up the food and dealt with a nasty bartender.

The food from Mr. Biggs is typical bar food, which would probably be better if eaten at the bar instead of delivered. But it's close, pretty fast, and cheap when I need to order a bunch of stuff for a big group, especially if everyone has been drinking!

Food arrived cold after 1 1/2 hrs and multiple phone calls. Delivery guy was extremely rude. When it did arrive, it was possibly the worst meal I have had in a long time. Salad consisted of a handful of lettuce and a pickle. Bread on steak sandwich was caked with flour and inedible. Mac and cheese turned out to be penne pasta with orange cheese that tasted like paste. We will never order from here again.

Just ordered wings, and I can honestly say the food was absolutely terrible. Not only were they wet from condensation, they taste horribly and are not even properly cooked. The food, the taste, is actually really really bad. Awful place. First and last time ordering from here.

RIDICULOUSLY bad service. Despite the fact that it says I am in their delivery area only 9 streets north on the SAME avenue they refused to deliver. Terrible service, mediocre food, small portions, and VERY VERY long delivery wait time. DO NOT order from here.

Literally every other time we order from this restaurant, they are out of whatever it is we order. MAKE SURE TO CALL before you order (which negates the whole point of seamless) to make sure they have what you want. Staff is also unhelpful.

Called me refusing to deliver my dinner because I was 20 cents short of their minimum (before the $4 in tax and tipl). With customer service like that, it's no wonder the place is dead. Will order pub food elsewhere from now on.

Ordered right before closing and it came very quickly (one star). It was pretty underwhelming, but there certainly was a lot of it (second star). Ordered the onion rings and chicken quesadilla. The rings were not hot and a majority of them were actually broken into pieces rather than "rings". The quesadilla was huge and packed with chicken, but soggy and pretty bland and lackluster in taste. I didn't care for the use of cheddar cheese only and would have preferred another cheese incorporated into it like mozarella for example. Overall it eased my hunger, but wasn't satisfying. Good selection of beers here though and a nice neighborhood spot.

The pulled pork sandwich WOULD HAVE been good if it weren't so dry. There was not nearly enough BBQ on the meat. That and the guys there TOTALLY IGNORED my order. So the lettuce, tomato, onion (which cost extra, wtf), red peppers (also extra), plus the pickles and extra BBQ sauce that I paid for did not come with the order. So I was charged for all that, and all I was given was a slab of dry pulled pork on bread. NICE, guys! Real nice. :/

Got the fish 'n chips, was not impressed with the fish, too much batter and very greasy, but the chips were amazing, they have a light spice coating that is fantastic, just to note, they are potato wedges. The only other thing I would say is that they lost my order, I had to call twice to get my order, first time took my name and assured me it was on it's way, 40 minutes later still not here and the second time they actually got it to me, was only about a 20 minute wait and the food was too hot to actually eat right away. They did NOT "comp" my meal as they promised. Very dissapointed, will not go here again.
