Great falafel and souvlaki. Delivery came in sensible containers and arrived within 30 minutes.

2 for 2 this place has delivered quickly with all of my order in tact. Even if they didn't achieve these things I would order from here because the food is GREAT. I grew up outside Detroit where some of the best Middle Eastern fare abounds and finally I have found some great carry out in Brooklyn. Flavors are spot on. I wish they had schawarma but if like me, you don't care for kebab, try kefta instead. I order the super Veggie Combo with Meat and it's more than enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Seriously good food.

Mr. Falafel delivered the wrong food and refused to fix the order because they had "6 other deliveries" to delivery. Unacceptable. Will not order from here again.

What happened to cutting the Gyro meat from the wheel? You know with the infrared lamp keeping it was warm and soft? I think I may have to go to Astoria to get a good gyro. I have to say I was disappointed. I had high hopes but I can get better food from the cart on 9th St and 5th Ave. Then again its Sunday night but that shouldn't have anything to do with it. Consistency! Consistency! Consistency! I ordered chicken fingers and the Gyro platter, the chicken was slightly over cooked and tough the one packet of honey mustard was laughable. The Gyro meat you can tell was reheated since the edges were dried out, the rice was okay the spinach was kind of oily and gross. I ordered rice pudding and it had a nice solid skim on top and was slightly sour not good. This is the first place I have ordered from on Seamless that disappointed. I am just wondering who those other reviewers ordered from?

Very good hummus. Not the best chicken kabob, and it had spilled out of the bag,

Not only did they forget part of the order, the food was so disgusting. The meat from the steak and chicken kebob combo was rubbery and not edible. I threw it away after a couple bites. Complete waste of money. I highly advise not ordering from here. If I could give it no stars, I would. That terrible.

Well, time to sadly call it quits for Mr. Falafel. While the food is quite good when you get it, their delivery has been getting spottier and spottier. Tonight, we had to call and have seamlessweb cancel an order because of their poor delivery and customer service. When the deliveryperson arrived, some of our food did not. We called, and they assured us someone would be sent right out. 30 minutes later, we called again, and were assured that the delivery person had left a few minutes prior. 25 minutes after that, we called again. After calmly explaining to the guy on the phone that we were still waiting, he assured us that the guy had just left. When we pointed out (rather nicely than we should have) that there was a insulin-dependent diabetic waiting for the food, the guy acted very apologetic, and promised to call the delivery guy and make him come to us first. 25 minutes after that, we called back. The guy assured us yet again that the delivery guy had left recently. When we pointed out that this had been said to us a few times before, he told us that he wasn't in charge, nobody in charge was there, and he couldn't help me. After that, he stopped answering the phone. Thankfully, Seamlessweb cancelled the order AND served to get us food on time from another place.
