Mulino Ristorante Italiano

I had ordered some pasta with chicken on top. Upon delivery, I discovered that the chicken was completely undercooked and inedible. I called to complain about it. The staff barely spoke English. I repeatedly tried to explain that it was undercook. I was told, by someone who claimed to be the chef, that I should be OK with it. When I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted a refund, I was told he was not there. Then I was rudely told to "speak to the company if you want a refund" and the guy hung up on me. This is the most expensive ($15) ordering mistake I have ever made. I will never order from them again.

Update - I never received my food, a phone call or an apology. I will never order from this restaurant again. It's 9pm. I placed my order at 715. I've been calling this retsuarant for an hour..nobody has picked up, it has been ringing busy (I am sure they just took the phone off the hook) and now as I check seamless I see that the restaurant is closed? I understand its valentines day but come on. I was ordering great italian food so me and my boyfriend could enjoy a lovely meal at home with a dvd. But this restaurant, after confirming that they received my order at 8pm (a full 40 minutes after I placed it), has completely fallen through. I am very upset and VERY hungry.

If I could give negative stars I would. Mulino never delivered my food. When I called after waiting an hour and a half, the person I spoke with hung up on me in response to my asking where my delivery was. When I called back, I was told "the fax isn't working. We can't do seamless."

Bread was amazing and i think the food would have been 4 stars in the restaurant, but I wouldn't take out again, too expensive for dry pasta, lukewarm soup

food was pretty decent but they didnt bring my entire order. i called them to tell them they forgot it and they said they were goign to bring it and they never did. so i called back and they told me it was too late to bring my food. TERRIBLE service. do not order from here!

really delivered on delicious italian food.! We really loved the Vodka sauce and we mopped up the Veal Marsala and Chicken Scarpiarella sauces with bread.

I ordered linguine with white clam sauce. The portion was very healthy and the dish very tasty. Nothing over the top, but no lack of flavor and I was very satisfied with the food and delivery timing. Also had tiramisu which was also pretty good.
