Murray's Bagels Chelsea

Murrays is excellent and has a wide variety of delicious options. The bagels, soups, sandwiches, knishes, cookies and more are great. I got at least once a week.

I love this place in the mornings. I usually swing by to get breakfast before work. Unfortunately i ordered at 130 and it took 2 hours to deliver my full order. The first delivery was lacking the main part of the sandwich (fish- this was wrong because i only wanted the tomato and onion on the side but they gave me everything separate) and no cream cheese. Which ok, I get why it was confused. Didn't complain. I like this place and the came within 45 minutes instead of the 70 minutes quoted on the confirmation. They came back the second time rather quickly since i am not that far away with the wrong cream cheese and a juice I didn't order. I called again and the gentleman was very nice about it an would bring me the fish the main of the sandwich. I called to cancel my order but it already went out and the gentleman that answered this time was very rude. I received everything at 330. my $9 fish was SO small. It doesn't fit on my bagel. This is ridiculous. I like this place a lot but I will never order delivery from here again. I'd rather walk the 7-8 minutes to get it myself.

Dont believe the hype..terrible bagels, slow service, and worlds worse coffee. The corner deli has better bagels that are cheaper. Will never order from here.

Got their pastrami, which they prominently feature in-store as made in-house and worth the order. Ack. Dry, chewy, and cut thicker than a porterhouse. They also sent a regular Dr Brown's Black Cherry instead of the Diet I ordered. And their bagels are so sacred they refuse to toast them?

Two hours passed and our bagels (2) never arrived. We've eaten at various Murray's bagel shops in NYC several times and the bagels are always sub-par when compared to Brooklyn Bagels. The employees are usually rude and unhelpful.

There are no better bagels in the world than Murray's...it's a problem for my waistline how dangerously close this place is from my apartment! Best piece of advice, place your order ahead of time...the line can be really long!

Holy Moley. I've been looking for you, Murray's Bagels. First, the bagel selection is awesome. I can't always find the garlic bagels I love, but they had them and they were fresh and huge. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My favorite thing, (and clearly from other reviews this doesn't always happen), the wait was given as 55-70 minutes, which really bummed me out for a breakfast delivery, but it arrived in 20 minutes! I was pretty happy and this is delicious. I can't speak for "always"... but this time they got everything just right. Plus? Talk about quality materials! Even the bag it came in was nice!

Ordered here on a Sunday morning at 10am. The wait time was 30-55 minutes online but in reality was almost double---the bagels showed up around 1140 am. Already unimpressed part of the order was wrong. It was a pretty good bagel but not worth the wait.
