N45 is consistently good and prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portions.

I love the food at Naples but ordered pizzas early in the day for a 5:30 delivery and it arrived at 5. Which means pizza was cold by the time group met at 5:30. Don't accept advance orders if you can't handle it.

First, I ordered an individual piccante pizza and there was barely one piece of sausage on each slice of pizza. Second, the snapple I ordered was already opened! When I turned the cap, it didn't pop like it should. Really disappointed.

Not happy with the service. Took way longer than estimated, and the pizza I ordered was cold. Clearly made with great, fresh ingredients, but I got a white pie, and the cheese was solid.

The order took quite a while to arrive to a very nearby location, and the food was cold and unpleasant. After reheating in an oven, it was fantastic, so my guess it was only the particular deliveryman to blame, and hopefully not a frequent occurrence.

I've never felt the urge to write a review until now. I LOVE THIS PLACE. First time I've ordered it and was throughly impressed with the quality, taste, and delivery time. Great place. I had the garlic potatoes, caprese salad, and meat lasagna. Everything was amazing.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ORDERED A PIZZA.. GOT THE WRONG PIE.. CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD CORRECT PIE WOULD BE DISPATCHED IN 30 MINUTES.. 3 HOURS LATER AND I'M WRITING THIS REVIEW... RIDICULOUS!!!!

probably the worst delivery experience ever. Ordered a personal pizza today at 7:38 PM weekday evening and got it at 9:05 PM after giving them a call. So what do I get? An ice cold pizza completely burnt at the bottom. Threw it. What a waste. Never again.

the food is ok, but the delivery is horrendous. it was over an hour late and ice cold when it finally came. and when i called to ask for status they were extremely rude. definitely NOT worth the wait or the hassle.
