Chicken tenders were dry and obviously reheated from frozen. Pizza was not good at all.

Not bad-- just kind of oddly flavorless. Hummus was ok, I guess.

This was my first time ordereding with this place. My order came 30 minutes later than the expected delivery time. I called after 15minutes and was told my order was on the way. My order was completely incorrect. i ordered the cigar rolls and two rolls were replaced with mottz sticks. The strombolli i custom ordered didn't have a single ingredient i actually ordered, despite paying extra for it.

food was mediocre at best - estimate said 30 -45 minutes, I decided to call after an hour and ten minutes - they informed me the order was on it's way but part of it was left. 30 minutes after the first part was delivered I had to call again because the other part still hadn't been delivered. I asked to cancel and get a refund for that part of the order they said it was already on its way...it's been fifteen minutes since then and still nothing. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Absolutely terrible, the pizza arrived after nearly TWO hours, after TWO calls to the store, the pizza was completely cold/old when I finally got it. I have never had just bad delivery experience. Was pissed.

The food was 2 hours late! It was cold and they offered me nothing but excuses. I found it insulting that they blamed "traffic" for the delay at 3:30AM. They also assured me that the food would still be hot, despite the fact that it was made 2 hours prior. Everybody I spoke to was perfectly polite, but it was hardly any consolation for such a failure to deliver their product as promised.

I ordered Penne A la Mona Lisa which was advertised as penne in a vodka sauce. Instead, I was served a rich alfredo, with no hint of tomatoes or vodka. The meal was also advertised to come with garlic bread and I ordered a can of Dr. Pepper. Middle Eastern pita bread was served and not garlic bread. A can of Pepsi arrived. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered the phone told me that the restaurant makes their vodka sauce with no tomatoes or vodka (after all, it is a Middle Eastern restaurant), and that when they do not have garlic bread, they use regular white bread (and I guess that is how I ended up with Pita bread). She also said that they did not have Dr. Pepper. At no time, did she offer to correct the order or to compensate me for a completely different meal than was advertised and ordered. All in all, this is not an Italian restaurant despite the "Napoli" in the name; it is a Middle Eastern restaurant, where you will find pita bread and kebabs. I would not order from them again.

Food was cold and later than they estimated. Lentil soup is too lemony. The cheese is very rubbery in the Stromboli.

Pizza is nothing to write home about but is no worse than any other pizza place in DC. My biggest complaint is they didn't cut my pizza...
