Neely's Barbecue Parlor

This rating is purely for the delivery service. I ordered a dish with a salad 2 hours ago and it still has not arrived. This is inexcusable. I called and they obviously came up with some excuse (short staffed, etc.). No apology from them. Nothing. I just moved to midtown east and this is my first order with Neely's. It is obviously my last.

consistently good barbeque and fast delivery. Last time they arrived in 15 minutes! Now the really good stuff is the Fried Chicken. It's the best I've had in a Northern State. Even delivery arrived crispy and hot. Seems to be only on Mondays though.

I ordered the pulled pork platter with baked means and the collard greens. Everything was tasty, but the food is pricey with a minimum order of $25. Delivery was early, but then again I live a block away. With such a hefty bill I expected they would provide BBQ sauce for the pulled pork, but that was not the case. Luckily I had some in the fridge.

My favorite BBQ place. I've ordered from here several times. I love the ribs, brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and baked beans. All of the food is really well made. If you get it delivered the quality drops ever so slightly but I don't think this is their fault.

The reviews about this restaurant's delivery service are correct. They lie and don't have any clue where your order is. They offer no help or concessions when they screw up. We live only three blocks away, and it's already taken twice as long as the "seamless delivery estimate" mentioned.

Only good things to say. The southern one of us loves the ribs, chicken, collards (in particular); I love the salad and even dessert (mud pie!!). Have ordered a number of times, everything's been really good, especially the service.

The food here is fabulous The Whipped Sweet Potatoes with Bourbon-Pecan Butter are addictive. Love the cornbread. Love it all!
