Nelson Blue

Ordered the food and got here in 20 mins...too good to be true? Maybe. But my thai chicken soup and lamb meatballs were quite delicious.

Best food/Drinks HANDS down in the Financial District. Also, definitely helps that they have some pretty hot waitresses and an all-around amazing staff! Great place for the local family, or just after work drink, which is my case :)

I love Nelsons! The portions are big, and the food is fantastic. Delivery is quick too. Can't go wrong. my only complaint is that the meat skewers are relatively small. However, the red leaf salad is fantastic... deep fried goat cheese balls FTW.

Shrimp skewers and cauliflower are pretty good. Food is on the expensive side given the small portions but delivery is very quick.

Excellent and really dif't - takes some getting used to. I don't remember the last time I had a hamburger with a fried egg on top of it. And what would you guess is in a dish called Cockee's Tucker? They also seem to put pickles in everything (What next - pickles and ice cream?). Oddly, these are not bad at all. The venison chili is a bit spicy and utterly delicious, totally healthy, and served with fritters on the side. The salads are first rate and you can order extra dressing. Skewers of salmon, chicken, pork or beef come with compatible dipping sauces and round out a delicious and healthy meal. Magnifique. The skewers are a hit with me. For less than $5 you get a perfect little cut of salmon, lamb, chicken, shrimp or pork, served with a nicely flavored dip. Nice and healthy. But my hands down favorite is the fried corn-zucchini fritters. Served with a dipping sauce on the side, these are delicious. Pity as an Atkins disciple I no longer order them. There were nights I would order 2 or 3. So if you're sick of Chinese food, if you can't look at another pizza, if Italian and deli and Indian are looking sameold sameold, give Nelson Blue a shot. Just be sure to byob because they do not sell drinks.

Amazing! I ordered the beef sliders, mac and cheese, and thai chicken soup and all of them were so tasty! Definitely recommend this place!

Love their food. It was a slushy night and I wanted to stay in a nearby hotel. The rest. Called within minutes telling me the shrimp was not available. I requested an alert native and the order was at my door within 15 minutes. Great service.
