New Wave Cafe

Three times a delivery guy who couldn't figure out how to open the front door of my building. Thing is he doesn't speak a word of English so I can't tell him to turn the handle, not push it. And, ring the doorbell again to try again. First time I called the restaurant and they sent someone else. Second time I hand to go to the lobby to get the food. Today was the last time: he just kept pushing the bell but still couldn't turn the handle. I called manager and he screamed at me.

Not a great burger (too thin for medium or medium rare) and the fries were completely water logged by the time they got to me. Not so much -

Certainly not what I expected. Dill pickle on a gyro? Avoid the pie! $4.50 got me a piece of cherry pie with thick, breadlike crust, lots of filler and 12 cherries total. (I counted! At first I thought there weren't any!)

Solid, simple fare. Their veggies tend to be better than at most diner-type places, and they don't skimp on portions. It's definitely a cut above the normal "everything" restaurant.
