I've ordered from here a few times now. Delivery has been fast and the burgers are delicious and have always arrived still very warm. Great find!

Best burger i know of in NYC i only take away the star because there fries were soggy upon delivery... but thats as with everyone... So this place is basicly 5 stars

This place has GREAT burgers, but delivery seems to be a problem .As other reviewers have noted, though for me the food arrived within the quoted window, it arrived cold - the fries were stone cold, as if they had been refrigerated - and today wasn't really cold (42degrees). However, I called and complained and a new burger and fries were sent out immediately and I received them within 15mins. The fries were still kind of cold, but the burger was just right. I suspect the delivery guys are packing cold drinks in their "hot" bags for their deliveries and that is what causes the problems. Extra points for going the extra mile to make things right, but because of the food temp issues, does not get the stars the taste actually deserves.

Really great for a craving a more high end burger, and they're huge. If you live close enough just order pickup- it's always on time and hot.

Bowery Burger is freakin' amazing. All in all this is probably the best burger place in the Chelsea area, great burgers and a good variery of other things too. Sauces are fab also.

why did I just pay $8.50 for this burger? It's tastless! I had to pour a ton of sauce on it for it to have some taste. And chocolate shake! $5.50, what a waste. the proportions of chocolate poweder to milk is way off. It tastes like I'm eating melted powder. NOT WORTH IT. I don't get what's the big deal about this place
