Our food never arrived. After 1.5 hours, they kept on making excuses about the weather and asking us to wait for another half an hour. For a place that purportedly has atrocious food anyway (we never got to taste it), you'd expect that at least their service would be helpful. STAY AWAY FROM NEW YORK THAI GRILL, THEY ARE INEPT! I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option.

I have been living in the UWS now for appx. 3 months. Since I moved here I have been dying for some great thai food, but was yet to eat it once. I ordered from New York Thai grill hoping i would accomplish that goal. 1st, they say they deliver between 15-30 minutes. it took well over an hour to get my food. 2nd, when my food finally arrived (after calling the restaurant multiple times) the spring rolls were ok at best, and my pad thai did not resemble thai food in the slightest. I was shocked as to how bland it was, It was not spicy at all, just big bummer over all. I am giving it 2 starts instead of one because the food was edible. But just know what youre getting into when ordering form this place.

WOW. I ordered Grilled pork with vegetables. I got grilled thin piece of pork that consisted mostly of a bone and cartilage, and about 10% meat. I mean we're talking pork here! Probably the cheapest meat around. But clearly not as cheap as New York Thai Grill. And (I am not kidding) it was served on a giant pile of shredded lettuce.

Not only did it take FOREVER (an hour and a half) to get my food... it was gross. I ate a pb and j for dinner tonight and learned a valuable lesson about the New York Thai Grill.

I absolutely love their pad see yu. I get it with chicken and ask for less salt (only because that is always how I order food). It is devine! NY Thai Grill is always consistent with their quality. Speedy delivery as well. I highly recommend this!

This was a truly terrible lunch experience. The Pad Thai tasted a but like Pledge. The "spring roll" is a tiny, tiny little tasteless shell. Try somewhere else.

On Time, but Incorrect I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai Lunch special and it should come with a spring roll and choice of white, brown or fried rice - I chose white. The delivery arrived on time but I was given Shrimp Pad Thai, a spring roll and NO rice. Food was warm and pretty good - luckily I also love shrimp. BUT It seems like the places that deliver to the midtown offices have a lot of trouble getting orders correct and on time.

Food came late. Pad Thai was okay. Order if you're drunk and bored.

Based on the reviews, I was scared that I would be waiting for over an hour for my food. But they came within 20 minutes. While the food was hot and on time, the Pad Thai was nothing to write home about.. no pad thai sauce on it -- kinda weird, like they forgot about it. Probably won't order from here again, I just wanted to try somewhere different.

Worst Pad thai I have ever had. Didn't even put a sauce on it. Devlivery took over an hour and they were right around the corner. Don't order from here

Nothing special, but pretty much everything on the menu is tasty, both Thai and sushi. They are receptive to special orders and delivery is fast and friendly. We've had orders get messed up and they are always quick to correct. A solid option for midtown.

I accidentally order 2 orders of pad thai and I called after about 10 minutes to cancel one and the woman told me the guy was already on his way. 30 minutes later he still had not arrived. I don't appreciate being lied to, and the pad thai was not even good.

Do not get again! There was no dressing or flavor in the pad thai or pineapple shrimp. In addition, the delivery man complained wanting more money when I had already given him a good tip.

Took an hour and a half to deliver and there were pieces of egg shell in the pad thai. Without the egg shells, the noodles were still disgusting.
