this is the 2nd time that i've ordered from here and both times the delivery took an hour (longer than promised) and the pizza was cold by the time it got to me.

My last delivery was a bad experience. Half the pizza was in the corner of the box and not cut with a long delivery time. Usually have a good experience with decent delivery times.

This was ridiculous. We never even got our food because they couldn't find a building right on Union Square. We called asking where our food was 1 hour after ordering it and a man who barely spoke English told us it was on its way and hung up. Half an hour after that we called back and he proceeded to tell us that they couldn't find the building so you can wait another 45 minutes or cancel your order on seamless.com, which there is no option for that. Completely rude and unacceptable service.

Took almost two hours to deliver a pizza. Unacceptable. We kept calling and calling. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting, we were offered a "discount" if it didn't arrive in the next five minutes. Will never order from them again.

This restaurant would have received a 5 from me if it weren't for the experience I had tonight. I called to tell the restaurant that my order of eggplant parm came wrong. Who makes eggplant parm without any cheese in it??? I had ordered from the restaurant multiple times and it was actually my favorite eggplant parm in the neighborhood, but now I question whether I will ever order from them again. When I called to complain, the guy told me its made different every day, which is a bad excuse. He should have agreed to revise my order and send me a new one. I will write a good review or remove this one when the restaurant does something to rectify the situation. I want my money back...not a free pizza.

I waited an hour before I called to check on my order and they informed me that they were out of the pasta I had originally ordered but hadn't had time to call me. After that I waited another 45 minutes for my replacement to arrive and it was definitely not worth the trouble. Don't order on a Sunday night I guess.

Ordered pasta and delivery time says 30-45 minutes. When I called after 45 minutes, they were still making the dish. It hadn't even left the restaurant yet. Most customers, I would think, are ordering because we are too busy to leave to go get food and so delivering within the stated time frame would be helpful and is expected. Disappointed in the service.

The pizzas here are great. Unfortunately, I am done ordering from this place. I've been waiting almost 3 hours for an order consisting of one small pizza and bruschetta. When I called after the first hour, I was told it was out for delivery. Calling back 30 minutes later, I was told the exact same thing, and when I told them they had already said that to me 30 minutes prior, I was given some long speech about a busy night, blah, blah, blah, and that they had no idea where the delivery guy was ("I'm sorry. I don't know what to tell you."). This is not a one-time fluke...it takes AT LEAST an hour every time I order from here. The final straw came when I called one final time to inquire as to my order, and I was told I had to call Seamless Web to cancel it and was then hung up on. Basically, great pizza, but definitely DON'T order from here. Rude, rude, rude. I'd throw in some explicatives, but then my review wouldn't get posted.

Good when it's good, but service can be very spotty and for some reason, the delivery guy rarely has the food in a bag and often hands over a bunch of loose items, which is weird.

Fast delivery but what they delivered remains on e of the saddest meals ever! I ordered a simple caprese salad, which came with un-ripe tomatoes very indofferntly thrown in a container. The pasta carbonara was a gelatinous mess and a very small portion , too say the least. It was absolutely terrible tasting and the pasta was so uncooked that we had to throw it. The lentil soup was bland and it couldn't have been more than a half a cup that was sent. All too expensive and whoever is writing the great reviews must be management. This place will never be on my list again!!

I ordered the D.O.C. pizza and it was great. The ingredients were some of the freshest and high quality I've had on a pizza. If I had one complaint, it would be that the size/price should be a little better...

VERY VERY dissapointed. This is not pizza. Tiny longitude pizza that turned up cold with little ingredients. Much more expensive than everywhere else and for no good reason.
