I can only rate the service on this order as I rejected my delivery when it arrived almost 2 hours after ordering; 1-hour AFTER the estimated delivery time. Noodle bar typically has decent food; as a frequent customer who dines at the actual restaurant, I'm upset to say that my first time ordering for delivery will be my last order ever from Noodle bar. To summarize my experience, I ordered at 8:30pm on a Sunday evening and was quoted 45-60min wait time. Upon 70 minutes passing I called the restaurant to inquire about my order; when it is raining I am much more forgiving about late deliveries but I still wanted an update. Within a second of saying 'Hi, I ordered over seamless' I was rudely interrupted by noodle bar’s employee (Jaclyn, as I was later informed) who without care, said that my order would take 90+ minutes and it was ridiculous that I calling to inquire about it. I asked why I wasn't estimated 90minutes or called to be updated and I was snarkily told that they were busy and it-is-what-it-is and that I am in no place to question her/the restaurant. Normally, I would stick out the wait and give a restaurant (particularly one I like) the benefit of the doubt, however, given the attitude, I asked to cancel my order and was told to contact seamless and was hung up on. I did so and a representative from seamless quickly helped me out and I ordered from a similar restaurant and received my food before the estimated time frame. All in all, Noodle Bar has no one to blame except the rude employee (Jaclyn, as I was informed by the Seamless representative who also contacted the business per my cancelation), as I would've sucked it up and took a delayed order given the circumstances. I suggest others consider this incident and keep in mind that there are many other great noodle/Asian restaurants (such as Niu Noodle, Thai Angel, Mooncakes, etc.) that are friendlier, more appreciative of customers, and provide a quality product and quick service.

Note to self: Never order the coconut shrimp and spicy noodles again. The spicy noodles were pretty good. But I'm not convinced that the pressed-flat, tasteless, coconut-flake-covered croquette-type thing I ate was shrimp. Might've been, but not worthwhile either way. I guess that's why it's called *Noodle* Bar — just stick with noodles. P.S. "Lunch Special" is rendered useless by $13 minimum.

I love Noodle Bar and have never had a problem. However on my last order the cucumbers in the salad were mushy and nasty. I hope it was a one time thing.

The BBQ noodle soup was delicious but I've never been so sick in my life. I have an iron stomach and this scarred me for life. I still can't smell or see noodle soups one month later

I am really surprised to see any negative reviews of this place--I love it. I order from here alllll the time. I'm obsessed with the The BBQ pork noodle soup- it always tastes super fresh, and when they deliver it they put the noodles and vegetables in a separate container from the broth- so it is never ever soggy and always hot! The prices are totally reasonable, and the portions are big. The delivery is always unbelievably fast and the delivery guys are always really polite. If you order something that is not available, they always call to tell you and are really apologetic and nice. Definitely one of my top 5 restaurants to order from!

I am very hungover and needed noodle soup to help calm my stomach. This place did not fail to deliver. So much so they delivered in 15 minutes...note, this place is about a 20 minute walk from my apt. I was shocked when I heard my doorbell. I got the roasted pork, vegetable wonton and noodle soup. Outstanding. The broth is clear, flavorful and not oily. The noodles were perfectly thin and toothy (not mushy). Wontons were perfectly fried and withstood being in the broth for a few minutes. Pork was also great; sometimes you can get very oil cuts and this was very good and lean. Will order again and again.

Delivery is always on time, food is hot and delicious, and I love that they separate the broth from the noodles and toppings so that crispy wontons stay crispy until you put it all together yourself. One of my favorite places to order lunch!

This is the place from which my boyfriend and I order the most tkae-out. I think their SIngapore Noodles are New York's best comfort food. One portion is definitely enough for two people, though.

It was good. Not the best noodles I've ever had but it's a nice option and the menu is fairly extensive.

Pretty good! best meal via Seamless Web, yet! Great value. I've had better noodles in the world, but given that this is delivery, I'd order from Noodle House again.

gotta say, the bbq pork and vegetable wonton soup was pretty fantastic, if a bit salty. great noodles, fresh greens, lots of pork. but even so, $10.50 seems a bit much for pork soup.

Soup was just slightly flavored water, vegetable rolls were tasteless, Wasabi Noodles were just plain bad. Although the BBQ pork broth noodles were good.

Noodle soup is great, dumplings were soggy and greasy, and calamari salad was wet and soggy. Delivery time was nearly 1 hour when Seamless said 15-30. Girl who answered the phone at the restaurant was unapologetic for the late delivery and did not offer anything to compensate

Love love love this place. Fast delivery, delicious noodles. Crab rangoon is tasty, pad thai is not too peanutty but good (I called once to ask for extra peanut sauce, and apparently they just use real peanuts), Singapore noodles are phenomenal, and the Seitan noodle dish is a nice veggie option. I don't like the texture of their spring rolls and tamarind rolls, but no one's perfect . . .
