The food itself is inconsistent, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's crappy. Delivery is inconsistent as well...50/50 chance of it being 15 mins or more late. My current order is over 20 mins late, I think I'll have to tale this one off my list.

Annoying because they stop serving sandwiches occasionally (but don’t update seamless, so it causes unneeded confusion (and I think I got ripped off for the meatball parm)). That being said, the pizza is creative, and quite good.

Idiot - can't read instruction and didn't deliver on the correct day. Wouldn't make good on the order. Delivery person wouldn't take food back.
