If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time we order, we get a call from NYCBD saying that they have too many of their own customers and will not be able to deliver our food on time. I think it is inexcusable for this to happen. We will never order from NYCBD again.

Ordered a chopped salad, which was good. Ordered an XL muffin, but they didn't send one. When I called to inquire, they said that they had sent a cookie instead. No note, no apology, and in the 5 minutes it took for me to call and inquire, one of my office mates stole the cookie! Which is okay my me, because their cookies are essentially raw cookie dough, and I didn't need the sugar anyways.
