Oaxaca Mexican Grill

I just ordered from Oaxaca Mexican Grill and unfortunately my food was delivered extremely cold (like it had been in a fridge cold), the soft taco shell was so soggy it collapsed in my hands, and I couldn't actually pick it up to enjoy my lunch. I couldn't be more disappointed.

Finally! An alternative to Chipotle that is MUCH taster and they deliver. Thank you Oaxaca Mexican Grill. I love the mini burrito with rice, pinto beans, filet minion, cheese, roasted corn, lettuce and pico. Yum.

I love Oaxaca tacos but today's delivery was disappointing. It didn't arrive until over an hour and a half after I ordered (the expected delivery was 60-75 minutes, so it was technically only 15 minutes late but come on) which is a reaaaaaally long time for NYC delivery standards in my opinion. When the food did arrive it was a cold, soggy mess. A far cry from the "crispy tacos" I had ordered. It is a shame that I couldn't enjoy this food because their delivery programme is flawed, and has been getting worse each time I order.

I have ordered from here a few times and been happy but today I think I have made my last order. The food arrived an hour after placing the order (I am 4 blocks away), the bag it came in looked like it had seen better days. I think the delivery person was a manager, he was not decked out in bike gear. The 3 tacos were cold, soggy and stuck together and I didn't even get the guacamole I paid for :( I know they were better than this. I should have just walked to Chipotle instead. Sorry, Oaxaca, you used to be a lot better but looks like something has changed and not for the better. I hope I don't get sick, that would be the icing on the soggy, wet cake.

Food is very filling and fresh! A nice, fast alternative to the Chinese Mexican places that dominate Seamless. Appreciate the options. Delivery was as promised - they said 45-60 minutes and arrived exactly 45 minutes later. Warning : the tomatillo-chili sauce is HOT. I love spice and even I had watery eyes, runny nose and burning lips! Yeesh.

I was a little hesitant to get Mexican food delivered, but my worries were immediately overcome when I took my first bite. The burrito was HUGE and still very hot when it got delivered. This was a great meal for the affordable price!

Oaxaca is one of my new Seamless favs. The make your own plate/salad is delicious. Try the corn salsa on it. Yum!

Usually Oaxaca is great, but this order was inexcusable. They didn't include anything I ordered in the burrito except rice and meat (I had ordered peppers, onions, sauce, cheese, and sour cream). What they did deliver was inedible due to overwhelming saltiness. Awful

food was fine, but it would have been better if they delivered what i ordered. one of the reasons i selected oaxaca was that they allow you to pick what you want in your burrito. too bad that didn't seem to work. that said, delivery was quick.

I've ordered from Oaxaca a few times now. I really like their low-carb burritos and salads! I've only tried Chicken, but it's been consistently good. Better than the other burrito places that deliver, and probably healthier, too!
