Some of the freshest sushi I've had. The order was totally correct. Delivery was within 20 min. They called to verify somethings they didn't understands. I love this place. Glad they deliver, and it's reasonable.

50mins delivery time, not the 15-30mins quoted on the order... Not to mention that I will probably have a stomach ache in 5mins from the not so fresh salmon roe sushi!!

i got 2 rolls and seaweed salad. 1 roll tasted just not great (spicy salmon) and the seaweed salad nearly made me sick. i eat sushi all the time and won't be ordering from here again, sadly. delivery was quick though

Their delivery sucks - please instruct your delivery drivers that when we place large orders everyday, they (and therefore you) need to be courteous and be able to understand English. As business customers, we don't need to spend a considerable amount of money everyday to get our orders with a side of attitude. Learn to be better at all aspects of your business - especially with delivery - it's the face we see of your restaurant - how do you want to represent it?? Seriously guys - learn to get it right or keep losing orders from myself, my co-workers and my entire company once word spreads. There are plenty, and I mean PLENTY, of sushi places all over Manhattan!!

How anyone can mess up katsudon is beyond me. Absolutely dreadful. While the portion was plentiful, what was supplied can hardly pass for my favorite Japanese comfort food. Meat, grisly. Vegetables, unnecessary and ruins the dish. Rice, soaked with the flavors I disliked in the rest of the dish. Would not recommend ordering, let alone sharing a zip code. 2 stars instead of 1 for mediocre gyoza and a passable kappa maki.

The Sushi is great. Certainly a great value for how fresh everything tastes. As for most of the remaining menu, it's standard, basic, and forgettable. Stick to the rolls and sushi roll combinations.

The food itself was mediocre-not mindblowingingly good, but not bad either. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the communication/delivery. I was pressed for time and ordered from here because it said delivery is 15-30 minutes. I called minutes after placing my order to ensure proper delivery and confirm my address. I waited over an hour for this. I called twice and was told it "just left"....I never got an apology or acknolwedgement. Furthermore, the delivery man was pretty rude and didn't say one word. There are so many Japanese restaurants in the city so I will not be ordering from here again.

Worst customer service experience ever. We have been loyal Ocha customers for months and have always had a good experience until tonight. We called to ask about a particular dish, and ordered it based on the information they provided by phone. When it arrived, it was not as it was described, and did not reflect the special order instructions we had provided. We called to complain and they explained that the information they had given us on the phone was wrong, but there was nothing they would do about it now. We contacted Seamless to get a refund, and the restaurant sent someone to pick up the food, then got angry that we had already thrown it out. Truly terrible and frustrating experience. We will not order from them again.
