The spicy kung pao chicken wasn't good at all and the vegetable spring rolls were really bland. Won't be ordering from Ollie's again, unfortunately.

Excellent Szechwan food and super-low lunch special prices. You really can't go wrong with Ollie's, which at this point is one of the grand daddys of NYC uptown chinese food. Slammin' kung pow and spicy dishes.

If you can, eat at Ollies. Dine in and the food is fantastic! However, never get delivery. The General Tso chicken was soggy and disgusting. It was like black on the inside. However, when i ate there it was crispy and delicious. Also. the jalipino beef eat in is fantastic, but once again they somehow ruin it for delivery. Not sure whats up with it, would dine in any day of the week, should have asked for a refund it was so bad for delivery though

Food is great as usual. Service not so good. I just ordered and the delivery guy called me to tell me that he was downstairs in my office building. Sometimes this happens as the delivery guys who do not have ID are not allowed up in the building. When I came downstairs, the delivery guy was just pulling up on his bike (I guess he had called my while in transit), and had never attempted to make his way upstairs. Real problem here is I had already given him a tip through the ordering process. I don't think its asking to much to have the delivery guy make his way upstairs. So, Ollie's loses two stars in my book for this blatant disregard for their customers time.

I ordered the pork and vegetable dumplings and both were not good. They lacked flavor and were too bland to eat. Ollie's used to have good dumplings but not anymore. I also ordered the chicken fried rice and it was also lacking in flavor. The entire meal was basically not worth eating. I would be hesitant to order from them again.

I always enjoy my food at Ollies, however I am consistently disappointed by how slow their delivery is. 15-30 minutes does not accurately reflect how long it takes for them to deliver. 30-45 minutes is more like it. Don't order if you are hungry or in a rush!

This place has been getting progressively worse. My last order was a few days ago, it was a big one. I had to throw it ALL out. Everything seemed at least a day old. Dumplings were swimming in grease (and prepackaged/bought), sauce cup was not sealed. Sliced BBQ pork was grey and smelled re-heated. "Seafood" pan-fried noodles had less than 10 small shrimp (you could tell was not fresh, but frozen/packaged), and like 4 dried out squid pieces. That was the extent of the seafood. This is NO exaggeration. I'm Chinese, I know this isn't Chinatown... But I expect more for these prices. Hell, I expect more from a restaurant period... Like edible food that won't make you sick. There are "fast-food" Chinese places that serve better food than this place. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE until they learn to respect their customers enough to serve safe/edible food. I've had one too many bad experiences here to chalk it up to a fluke. *****Btw I have NEVER written feedback on anything ever before. ***** that's how bad this was.

Not impressed. Always walked by this place and its constantly busy, so I thought I would give it a shot. Eh - no bueno! Ordered the orange chicken and paid $1 extra because they could "deep fry it crispy.." HA! Perhaps it was crispy when it left the place, but not when it got to mine! Don't recommend that - or the flavorless General Tso's chicken. Wont be ordering from here again.. 2 stars though because it came pretty quick..

This place is authentic Sichuan Chinese food. The favors are there, don't order the Americanized dishes at a place like this, obviously, or it will be bad. Get the braised fish filets with napa cabbage - spicy and delicious, or double cooked pork. Dan dan noodle appetizer is also very yummy. Anything under the traditional Sichuan favors category will be good. - my go to Chinese place in midtown west.

Crispy orange beef isn't crispy, nor orangey. Not good. Pan fried noodles with pork was slightly better, but nothing i would order again.

Food was greasy and just not good. Delivery person was very rude. Food arrived quickly, so for that 1 star. Will never order from this place again. There are many, many Chinese places with better food, cheaper price, courteous delivery persons. Don't waste your money and tip, save yourself from any more stress. I'd rather starve than order from here. Actually I just made myself a delicious plate of zucchini stir-fry. Yes, seeing them again at Seamless motivated me to cook at home. I guess that's a positive thing I got out of my experience.

The Lunch Special (Mongolian Beef) was pretty good and enough for two people. Delivery was quicker than expected. Will order again.
