Got a call from the restaurant stating I didn't have to pay the extra $1 for the rice to be on the outside of the roll but it was alrdy prepaid so I would hve to go through seamless in order to get the $1 bck. To top it off I asked for a side of spicy mayo that's not on the menu and that's an extra dollar so I asked if she could just put the spicy mayo on the side in exchange for the extra dollar I paid so I wouldn't have to call seamless for a dollar refund but she would not accommodate my request what so ever. I told her I ordered from the at least twice a week and sometimes more and she would be losing a very good customer. She didn't seem to care. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
