Opus 465

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with this restaurant. The first 2 or 3 times I ordered, I was very happy. Since then, they've decided that it's ok to send confirmation the order was received, then call me directly to give an excuse as to why they can't deliver to me. Instead of calling Seamless and letting them know, they allow the customer to order, expecting food within the hour. Then, 45 minutes to an hour later, a call comes through that (for some reason or other) they cannot deliver. This has happened to me at least 5 times, and in the process I've found out if this restaurant isn't delivering, neither is MC Bar and Grill, John The Baker or 3 Little Pigs. There's another restaurant that's tied to this group as well. I'm writing this reluctantly, as I usually like to write positive reviews. Stay away from these places. The food is now mediocre at best and the delivery service is horrid.

The food is pretty good but every single time I order from here they are over an hour late from when they say they will deliver (sometimes taking up to 3 hours). The last time I ordered food, I received a confirmation email and was waiting for my food for two hours...I called them and they hadn't even put the order together yet. Definitely not a good choice for delivery.

Ordered from her for lunch. Got 2 pine nut goat cheese salads which were okay. The delivery was timely but I only got one set of utensils. I would probably never order from here again, you are paying for a premium for salad or sandwich which is made in the same kitchen as 4 other restaurants.

$13 for 12 buffalo wings and $2 for a warm can of Coke. Not the best value on paper, but the wings are pretty big and delicious.

Food is okay at best. Delivery over 3 different occasions was hit or miss with the worst case taking over 3.5 hours (1 hr for seamless to inform me that Opus needed 2 more hours and then Opus being an additional 30 mins late). Lastly when I called to inquire, the person who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER do business with Opus ever again, and I recommend that you also avoid it if you can help it.

Food was great! It was a little on the cold side but it was delivered from 30 minutes away. The woman who delivered it was very patient with the technical problems that developed with the front door system. Will definitely use them again!
