awful service... order confirmed at 11:00. I called at 12 to follow up and they were super rude. They said a delivery guy was on the way and I didn't get my food until 2:30pm. My order was soggy and OJ was warm. I called to complain and the person on the phone hung up on me. never ordering from here again. I demanded a refund. Ridiculous.. very bad customer service

Food arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes after I ordered. I called at one hour and was told the delivery guy had left and it would be to me shortly. At one and a half hours, they rudely said "lunch is a busy time" and I'd just have to wait. At 2 hours they said they had no idea where the delivery guy was and I should have known to order earlier. I eventually ordered pizza for my VERY HUNGRY employees (from Primo- highly recommend them), but I checked out the Orange Cafe food when it finally arrived just out of curiosity. It looked and tasted like it had been made 2 hours and 15 minutes earlier and sat around after that. . . the bread was soggy and the food was generally unappetizing. Obviously I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, and I would not recommend them.
