Organic Avenue

While the food at Organic Avenue is good, their delivery is TERRIBLE. You can't get through to someone on the phone ever, and their delivery routinely takes 3 hours. If they are this bad at delivery, they should not offer it or at the very least should make it clear that 60-75 minutes is NOT how long their delivery takes!

When I asked if I could change my order and buy more items the manager began to raise his voice and tell me how that was impossible. I just wanted to spend more money and I got yelled at. I don't know what this place taste like it probably is good but I had called in and wasn't helped and seamless was very helpful and refunding me but Organic avenue needs to clean up their act. Bad Business!

At LEAST an hour delivery time and get my order wrong every.single.time. The $3 mandatory tip just makes it even more absurd.

The food is fresh and delicious, but the portions are small. I ordered the BIG KALE SALAD and it was not big at all. came in a mid sidesd plastic container, not filled to the top and half the container was the container of dressing.

Don't frustrate yourself. Their cashew milk tastes like liquid wood. The kale quinoi salad was yummy, but its not even made by them. I juice at home, but when working late, I thought I would try their juices as a substitute. Result: they don't taste good AT ALL. One order never came. I called them 4 times that day, and got put on a loop of automated messages and answering machines, because you have to go through their seamless department rather than them handling your complaints directly. I ended up going out to buy food elsewhere because I was hungry. This was on a Friday. I called again when I got into the office on Saturday to ask they refund my account for the no-show delivery, and they couldn't help because the seamless department is closed on the weekends, even though the restaurant is open. I told a person at the restaurant that they could just give me the order that day (Saturday) for lunch instead of a refund, and again, they couldn't help because I ordered through a seamless account. I called again the Monday and Tuesday after to try to get a refund, and I got the same run around. A waste of $20 and a lot of frustration.

Terrible service, my food did not arrive and when you call the support # no one answers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. unless you enjoy not eating in which case they are awesome.

very expensive tiny portions. Order a lot unless you want to go hungry. Not very fresh tasting either.

this place deserves ZERO stars. waited over 3 hours for my order. most inept service i have yet to experience. was told more than once that the order was on its way. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences ordering from OA the last several months. Once they got the order wrong, but immediately corrected it by having the correct item sent over and allowing me to keep the 'wrong' one. The delivery guys are nothing but friendly and get here when they can. We live in a crazy busy city. Delays can and should be expected. So...I always order well ahead or even a day in advance. Everyone wins! Oh right, and the food: pretty darn tasty. I can't get enough of the kale salad or spicy avocado soup.

Unless you have literally 2+ hrs of waiting time, I wouldnt order lunch from here. Having just 1 delivery guy in nyc during lunch time is not worth the wait. Order elsewhere because im still waiting for mine

Ordered 90 minutes ago, still not here - called the store several times no one is picking up. Why offer delivery when you obviously can't deliver?? **updating my review** I made a comment on the facebook page about my horrible order, and received a call today with from the company giving me a gift card for my troubles (yay!). Ordered again, asked them to not take more than 30 minutes and they were here right on time. I think will def order again!

I ordered the Big Kale Salad, Raw Green Soup, Walnut Dulse Wrap, Green Love Juice, Mint Chip Love Smoothie, and E3 Shot. Everything was delicious and when I called with some questions about the delivery, the staff was very pleasant and extra helpful. I will definitely be ordering from here again. It is wonderful that they have come to Midtown.

Fresh, unprocessed, creative tasty fare--a rarity on seamless. Some of the portions are on the small side, but the food is great. I'd rather have good food than gigantic portions of slop. Note, It seems like they're working out some seamless kinks. When I ordered, they hadn't removed an item which had run out, and they replaced it--after calling--with an item not on the seamless menu... and one which I would have ordered in the first place, were it on the menu. Dinner time delivery arrived within the specified time frame--about 40 minutes.
