gone downhill - crab was dry and tasted bad; spicy tuna rolls were grossly overflowing. used to love osaka, maybe it was a bad sunday.

This was the most disappointing sushi I've had in the neighborhood! The seaweed salad was warm and sweet and the spicy tuna roll was melted and not in the rice. All around the meal seemed like it sat for hours before it was delivered. I will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again!

Used to be my favorite sushi spot but at least on delivery it's not what it used to be. Last order they forgot an item, then gave me the third degree when I called to request a credit. This time after calling for clarification on what comes with sushi platter and placing order they call to tell me that it does not come as I was told five minutes earlier. Not customer service oriented. Too many other places to order from, I pass!!

extremely disappointed with my last order. I had my mother over and she just wanted a soup. I got something else for myself. When the order arrived, after almost an hour, the soup was missing and we got some kind of omelet instead. I called the restaurant right away and they insisted that I had not ordered the soup but the omelet. They said they had my receipt, their bad faith was unbelievable. When I threatened them with actually walking into the restaurant to show them my receipt with the right order on it they said they will call me back shortly. They did not call me back so I called after another 10 or 15 min ( my mother had not eaten yet and had been waiting for more than an hour now), they said that if I give them the omelet back ( did they plan on serving it to another customer ??) they will bring me the soup I ordered. After another half hour the soup arrived and half of it had split in the bag... the container was not properly closed. My mother never ate that soup because after more than an hour of wait I has prepared her something else. I will never order from this place again; very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and bad faith.

they screwed us over, they basically got too busy on Valentine's Day and cancelled all Seamless orders. They told us our order was on the way, they lied and then they just cancelled it. Terrible service.

Always solid food. And the delivery person and they way they pack the bags are impeccable. A good, albeit pricey dinner option.

Really not happy. They messed up my order, fine, that's a mistake. I asked for Spicy Mayo on the side, I got none. There $6 Salad was tiny, their sushi is small. I've had way better sushi for much cheaper in this area, and at least I'll get full off of a $25 dollar meal. Do yourself a favor and get from somewhere else.

My favorite sushi place in the neighborhood. They have excellent vegetarian options and my husband seems to like his fish sushi. Get the vegetable gyoza, they are great.

Good reliable sushi, timing is always accurate. The garlic broccoli is fantastic. Rolls are all delicious as well!
