Osha Thai Restaurant

Food is generally good. HOWEVER, don't order Coke, Diet Coke, or any other soft drink because it will cost you $2.50 for an 8 oz glass bottle for which you need a bottle opener to open! Why is Osha Thai selling for a bottle of soda that is half the size of a normal bottle for $2.50? And who has a bottle opener with them in the office? Don't get ripped off and don't go thirsty.

There really is no better Thai in the city. I mean, there are some good hole-in-the-walls, but Osha really can't be beat, even if a little pricier.

We frequently order from Osha and up until recently, had them in our weekly rotation for office lunch orders. I have no complaints about the food quality, taste, and portion sizes. The price is pretty standard for the area, maybe on the higher end for a non-sit down lunch. However, the delivery and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Our two most recent orders have been 40 and 30 minutes late, respectively. When we called the restaurant, we were told that the food would arrive shortly. Sadly, in both cases, several hungry bellies were left waiting and wondering.

I don't understand why people are writing negative reviews. This place serves delicious food and it has been delivered on time or early every time I have ordered from them (a total of three times). The portions are NOT small, as one person complained. In fact I have always ordered too much food because the portions are actually very large. The soup for one is easily a soup course for two. The entrees are more than enough for one each. I always want to get pad thai or pad see you to go with the entree, but that is just way too much for two people. Every bite is scrumptious also. So don't believe the negative reviews. I have loved both the food and the delivery service.

I love Osha Thai but I HATE their customer service & delivery. The last time we ordered they were late so I called and they said our food would arrive in 10 mins, 20 mins later I called Seamless. They spoke to Osha and said it would be another 20 mins and gave us a discount. Food arrived over an hour late, was luke warm and gave us brown rice instead of white rice like we ordered. Seamless comped the meal, I'll NEVER order from Osha for delivery again!!

Ordered Pad Thai and Country Chicken. Pad Thai was wonderful but the Chicken was very dry and hard! Paid extra $2.00 for brown rice but got regular white rice!

The food was fresh, got here really fast. I hope this restaurant stays on Seamless, they have excellent service and very delicious food !! I would give them 10 stars but I am only allowed 5.

The food order was 2 hours late and wrong. We specifically ordered vegetarian options and they gave us meat dishes. We had to call multiple times before they came to deliver the order. The food is good in person but their delivery service is terrible.

I was hesitant to order due to the very divergent reviews, but I ordered and was extremely happy. Food came quicker than I expected- we are only three blocks away to be fair to those much further away. The ahi tuna tower was to die for- it made the meal. The Ka Prow Kai and Angry Prawn were extremely good-probably not at the excellent level of the ahi tuna, but certainly worth at least a 4 and 1/2. Most pleased. Will order again.

almost 2 hours for delivery. ordered at 6:14, food got here at 7:50 :( ordered pineapple fried rice (5 orders of the same thing to keep things simple for them) - they totally skimp on the pineapple. another :(

The dish was good. However, a couple people in the company order brown rice. They charged us for brown rice but gave us all white rice. It even said BROWN RICE on the paper tags they printed out. ....FAIL....
