Ordered 1 hr 40 min ago. Said it would take 30 - 45 minutes. Still no food. Have called several times and keep being told its about to go out. I should have read the reviews. This restaurant should not be allowed on Seamless Web.

Was so surprised. Walk by this place all the time. Delivery was fast, food was great. Salmon perfectly cooked.

Placed an order at 8:10p with 30-45 minute order time. It's 10p and the order didn't arrive despite a couple of phone calls placed to restaurant and being told it was out for delivery. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again

Our order still isn't here and it's 30min PAST the longest delivery time. I called to inquire and didn't receive any sort of apology. Of course he told me it was out for delivery and when I asked why this happened he first told me I should have called because it's Saturday night and it's busy then he blamed seamless for not giving out correct delivery time frames. I hung up because it's my birthday and we didn't go out because our sitter canceled so now it's 9:30, we ordered at 8pm (45-60min window) and we still don't have food. Not impressed with their delivery service and their customer service. We had a similar experience when we dined in. The waitstaff was flat out rude. We had a group of 6 women and we wanted to hold 1 seat in the bar and we got a lot of attitude (our friend arrived 15min later than us). I love the food but the customer service is deplorable.

I order the Orecchiette at least once a week. It's such a delicious option to traditional italian red sauce dishes. Generous portion too. Enjoy!

WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF.- Food was stone cold, so I had to fire up my oven to heat the pizza up and microwave the lasagna - exactly what I tried to avoid by ordering delivery! The food is good, but ONLY in the restaurant. NEVER AGAIN.

There is no excuse for having to wait 2 hours for a delivery. Order at your own peril.

The chicken is excellent. Moist with crispy skin. The nutella calzone is my new favorite dessert.
