Park Plaza Restaurant

The food is solid - not great, but always good and solid. Park Plaza gets the additional 4th star due to selection (quite varied), speed, and quantity. Can't go wrong (though it won't amaze you).

The food selection is pretty vast. If you can think of something, it is probably on the menu. On top of this, everything is pretty darn good. The only negative of Park Plaza is the delivery time. Whatever the time spectrum for delivery is, they seem to be on the longer end. Overall though, great place for good ol' fashion diner food

The food is standard diner fare - neither terrible, nor great (except for the fries - terrible, battered for some inexplicable reason, and super oily) But their delivery is very, very slow, and the management astonishingly rude. I'd order from here often, since I live nearby, but I can't stand the nastiness of the owners. They think they can treat people like garbage, since they're the only restaurant in the area that stays open late. Wrong. Never again.

Late Night delivery guys seem to have no concept of how seamless works...Tip is included - he was really nasty about "not" receiving a tip - tried to explain it to him but, could not grasp the language. Someone in management needs to explain to the delivery guys (all of them) how seamless works and to not expect cash tip for seamless transactions. Because of the delivery guys reaction I probably won't order from this place again...especially not at night.

My wife an I ordered based on a craving and the ratings, and I have to say, this place is disappointing. We'd actually ordered before, but though, hey, Chili is pretty hard to mess up. Just wanted greasy spoon food. Should be easy. Not for this place. The food was late (50 minutes, not 15-30), and the Chili was just wasn't good. My Buffalo Chicken sandwich had an onion ring and a squashed French Fry packed on top of American (not Cheddar) cheese. The potato salad and the guacamole were just so-so. Otherwise, not suggested. We won't be ordering from this place again.

Food is great and the service can't be beat. The staff is friendly and attentive without ever making you feel rushed. The menu has something for everyone, so it's great for larger groups (even with picky people!)

Time given: 15-30 minutes. Time between order and delivery: an hour and 45 minutes. When I called after an hour, I was told (not especially politely) that they couldn't find the order but were sure it was "on the road." Another 45 minutes before I got it.

Confusing menu descriptions (ex. sandwiches were not identified as either hot or cold). The deluxe sandwiches were to include lettuce and tomato and were not included in the delivery; no option to include lettuce elsewhere and no option for condiments beyond salad dressings. Additional details to include mustard and mayo on the sandwiches were overlooked. Overall, we had a disappointing meal - we will not be returning.

Great ingredients. So far their seasoning has not been amazing, but it may be because of the kind of food I order. If you go with safe chocies (chicken tenders, burgers, etc. they are above average)
