Patsy's is consistently good, I highly recommend the small pizza and the insalada romana. They tend to put a lot of dressing on the salad, however the fresh parm cheese they point on top really makes it. Although it is a bit overpriced, it is always a good meal.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. After waiting over an hour for my delivery (which was quoted as 25-40 min.), I called Patsy's and was transferred to 3 different people. None of whom could help me. Turns out "the computer lost my order." Not a good enough reason. Their solution was even worse..."we'll make it right away and get it to you." No offer of a discount, and they balked at the idea of one when I asked for one.

Unfortunate. Ordered and received the one of two main dishes incorrectly. No big deal. However, inquiring to my doorman as to a "tip" after I had left more than 20% already online doesn't sit well with me at all.

Decent food - Horrible customer service. Delivery may as well take two hours, calling them doesn't help. They would just lie that it is about to be delivered

My delivery came missing the key part of the order. I called the restaurant to let them know and the manager insinuated I was lying (as if to get free food). Instead of trying to make it right, she questioned my ethics. It took some yelling but she finally, begrudgingly, agreed to send the missing portion of my order. Even then, she made it seem like she was doing me a favor. No apology, no nothing. They probably don't care if they lose me as a customer but at least I can let you all know about my experience.

The food here is consistently decent. But the one star rating is for their never reading or following any special requests. I always ask for extra grated cheese, offer to pay whatever they want to charge me, and say I will send the order back if I don't get it. After like five orders in a row where they ignored this, even a few times when they gave no grated cheese, as if to punish me for asking, I finally did send this order back, and will not order from them again anytime soon. I did not ask for gluten free pasta, sauce on the side, or anything difficult or complicated. I actually offered them an opportunity to sell me something extra and make more money. God forbid you have a food allergy and ask for an ingredient to be left out. It seems that they really do not care about take out orders. You'll get what they condescend to give you.

A great place to order a pizza from. Sometimes, it can take a while for the delivery to arrive leaving the pizza not as fresh as possible but its still tasty.

It's a little inconsistent (e.g. pizza sometimes burnt on bottom), but generally has delicious pizza and a great pasta bolognese. The mista salad and vegetable sides also very good. They do have a tendency not to package/transport the food very well, so I've had multiple instances of messiness, but the one time it was really bad (lost 1/3 of the sauce because the pasta dish was transported on its side) they cheerfully sent me a replacement for the dish. I've ordered frequently over the past few years and can only remember them getting my pizza toppings wrong once.

The food is delicious, I used to order in from them once or twice a week. Recently though delivery is not an option, the last 5 pizzas I have received have been cold and the top of the box is always crushed in on the top meaning half my cheese is on the roof of the box. Great pizza, but they need to get their act together.

Pizza is great! So is the penne vodka. Not your traditional NY pizza, but still very good. Delivery times arent great (especially during peak hours) but its still worth the wait. Definitely a solid option, and worth trying.
