The food is okay. The issue is in their delivery. They called an hour and a half later to tell me that it was going to be an hour late. Ordered at 3:00... Estimated 5:30.

Pizza is delicious. This rating is not about the food. Be warned that if you order Patxi for a business meeting - allow for extra time. I placed an order at 10:30am for 12pm delivery and the order wasn't processed until 11:30pm. The pizza takes at least 45-60min to cook + transit time. Suffice to say, lunch arrived too late for the meeting and we had to make other arrangements.

Having been to Patxi's many times, I was excited to see them on Seamless Web. The problem is, I don't think they are quite ready to enter the delivery market. I placed an order at 10:00 am for three large pizzas for our office as we needed to work through lunch today. At 11:30 I received a call from Seamless Web letting me know that the restaurant was backed up and could not make delivery until 1:30pm. Its understandable that a restaurant can get overwhelmed, but I do not understand why it took an hour and a half to let me know that my needed noon delivery would not work. We found ourselves at 11:30 with no lunch options. On a second attempt two days later they came through and pizza was delicious. Their pizza holds up well for delivery and is a great value.
