COLD food, 90 minute delivery when only 55 max is quoted. Unapologetic staff AND one of the two dishes we ordered was the wrong item!!! In short- DO NOT order from this place.

WOW! How can anyone do pasta wrong? Well... it's possible. Fettuccine Alla Bolognese arrived sooooo overcooked that it basically melted into the sauce as I served it into a bowl. Why put noodles if you're going to basically serve a bowl of meat sauce???? A bowl of mush and tasteless white flour and water - wow, I should have definitely cooked tonight. Note to chef: TIME YOUR PASTA PROPERLY!!!! Did they not go to chef school or ever taste test what their kitchen prepares to be sure it's even edible? The pasta probably sat there a long time after it has been boiled then mixed with the sauce that cooked it even further.... what a mess of a dish! The pizza arrived cold and limp, although the flavor was fine... I'm guessing customers should eat and order in person because the delivery clearly isn't timed or prepared to delivery standards for a place of this kind. Chain restaurants probably do it better. I mean, this is clearly a recipe for sucess in this economy. I've been to this restaurant and enjoyed the meal I ordered, but the service wasn't great. Delivery wasn't any better.....I wish the food could have been at least CLOSE to my experience eating there. I'm extremely upset and disappointed considering I order Italian once a month as my cheat meal. One less restaurant to consider. If I could give this restaurant 5 thumbs down I would.

The food is delicious. However, the fact that the restaurant claims they have a delivery time of 25-40 minutes is not correct! Our order arrived after 65 minutes which caused a delay in starting a very important lunch meeting. For delivery coordination: 1 star out of 5!
