Agree with the other reviewers. We live three blocks away and the pizza always arrives outside the stated delivery window and cold, if it arrives at all. Made the same mistake three times and won't make it again.

$20 pizza ended up being personal size (4-slices), and all of the toppings had slid off to the side of the box by the time it arrived.

The food is delicious WHEN it arrives hot. But their customer service is abhorrent. It's a shame, because their pizza really is special.

Our pizza arrived cold. We had to turn on the oven and reheat them ourselves. I had eaten in the restaurant before and was looking forward to pizza delivery from them. I won't be ordering from here again.

I like to order this one pizza - Peperoncino with pesto. I've ordered it a few times and they've delivered it. Put in my order and they canceled it. When I asked why, they said they don't deliver this far out. Actually, they have delivered to me a few times. Same apartment, same everything. He never said it was a new thing either. However, now....with no explanation whatsoever (mostly due to a lack of effective communication), I no longer get my favorite pizza from them. Fail because it will no doubt still say they deliver to my area when I search for restaurants.

I always really enjoy my food there dine in and delivered. I love the pizzas. And once my order was charged to my credit card twice by accident through the site when my browser was having issues and they phoned up before my food even came to tell me. Them taking the time to address that definitely increased their stock for me.

Stay away from the italian dishes; they are just okay but the WOOD FIRED PIZZA is where it's at. The A'ambriana is amazing, as is the Margherita.

We ordered a margarita pizza with anchovies and salads. The pear on the salad was not ripe - it was dry and tasteless on top of about 5 limp leaves of greens. The pizza arrived cold and they put artichokes on instead of anchovies! When you want that salty anchovy taste, artichoke hearts marinated to a concerning shade of grey are a disappointment. WIll not be ordering from here again!! We're new to P Slope and noticed this place is usually empty - now we know why.

Great Pizza, baked on hot stone (I guess??). Thin and crusty dough, hearty topping. Will get that again, for sure. Delivery was on time and very friendly.
