Had a horrible experience at Pera - had made a food order at 730PM with a specific time slot of 9PM delivery. Food showed up at 815PM (when I'm not available). The person than says he'll bring it at 9PM after i explain that I'm unavailable to pick up the order so early. The food then does not show up until 940PM and is completely cold (since it had been made atleast 90 minutes before being delivered). The manager (Isabelle) promised that if I called again and referred to this incident that she would send me another version of the order. Since then i have called 3 times and not once has the restaurant fulfilled its promise. Each time they say that manager is "unavailable." I'm fine with a restaurant making mistakes but Pera has lost my business permanently due to its lack of customer care.

Worst place to order from. They take forever to bring the food (80-90 minutes), by the time you get it its cold, and the service is terrible. Will never order from here again.

two stars taken for constantly late food. otherwise the food is pretty tasty, but order an hour in advance of your order time, so you'll get it in time.

My friend raved about this place so maybe I just ordered the wrong things but I thought everything was overly salty and a bit too oily. I normally love hummus but I didn't like the consistency of this one at all and the lamb sandwich appetizer had so much sauce the lamb got lost in it. It's also quite overpriced.

The food is good, but they have terrible delivery service. The delivery times that they give is completely wrong, the delivery time can reach more than an hour.

Way more food than I expected. Arrived warm and delicious. Hummus is rich and the spicy peppers really are HOT. Great for group sharing and family style.

I shoulda heeded the rest of the other reviews. I did pickup. Got there, they tried to give me another bill, for 3x my actual price. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes even though I waited 30 minutes before heading over (estimate on the confirm was 15-20 minutes). Got back to my office, my coworker's mixed salad with chicken came without the chicken. The food was decent but it's not worth the hassle/aggravation.

Great pre-fix meal. Taste was very good ,temperature of the lamb was on the mark, hummus outstanding, grape leaves were good too.

Delicious and creative Turkish dishes. Chef is from Adana and the quality of the food is superior. Hands down best Turkish food in the city.
