Pick A Bagel (UE)

Food on a Sunday afternoon took 2 hours to arrive and was partially wrong, soggy and freezing cold (had clearly been sitting around for a long time before being delivered). How hard is it to screw up an egg on a bagel? Will never order from here again.

The bagels are good but the service is exceedingly poor. For several weeks in a row I ordered Sunday morning bagels from this location and each week they messed the order up in some way. Sometimes they would add milk to coffee that should not have it, other times they'd leave items out that were paid for and still others the order arrived extremely late.

Took 1.5 hours to deliver 2 bagel sandwiches!! We live 5 blocks away... when i called they didn't give any reason for the delay so I assume this is business as usual for them. If you're trying to get a quick meal definitely don't order from here.

WHOLE WHEAT EVERYTHING FLAT BAGELS. YUM! Quick delivery. Always get the order right. Offer low fat and tofu cream cheeses. My office orders from here all the time.

The food is great. The service stinks. It was a Sunday night and they messed up my order. I called the office and they begrudgingly agree to redeliver my correct order, a bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes rather than a plain bagel with nothing on it. And he actually told me to give the bagel back. The guy redelivered my correct order , paid the difference and gave back the bage!!! I just hope someone does't get my bagel in their order!!!!

I ordered a bagel with salmon at $9. The bagel was old and dry - couldn't eat it. Will not order from here again.

Quick delivery and the bagel was really good! My only problem was that I didn't ask for tomatoes on my sandwich, but they gave them to me anyway. It didn't bother me to have to take them off, but it might have bothered some people. Would have given the food 5 stars if not for the tomato.

horrid delivery service and worst BLT of my life. the time estimate of 15-30 minutes was completely false. my food arrived 50 minutes after i ordered it, even after i called the place twice to check on the status. the toasted bagels were cold, and my BLT's bacon was not only verging on raw, but had not even been separated into strips- the slices of bacon were all lumped together as though they'd been thrown from the package onto the grill for about 5 seconds and then smushed between the bread. it's too bad, because generally their bagels are good, but today's delivery was downright offensive...

It takes forever for them to deliver your food, but Pick A Bagel is definitely a good NYC bagel spot.

Delivery estimate 25-40 minutes. It's been an hour and food still not here. Luckily the restaurant couldn't care less - when I let them know I wouldn't order from them in the future the woman simply replied "sure." Never apologized or attempted to explain what the delay was. Great, if she doesn't care neither do I - never ordering from this location again.
