Picnic on 57th

Food is good, but they lose your order all the time. Don't order if you are hungry or don't want to spend 20 minutes waiting to get your card credited by Seamless.

I placed an order for a hamburger and french fries. I asked that the burger be medium rare. I got a hockey puck with these horrible sweet potato fries. I won't be eating there again.

The food is very good and the service is great and friendly when you go in, but the delivery was horrible. Took 40min to get a breakfast wrap around 9.30am and I work just 3 business' down! Problem is, I'm not able to leave work so I have to order food in. The delivery forgot my OJ and had to return. Was charges $1 for a croissant b/c it's a default setting on the seamless web order site. Didn't sweat it since I requested them to add peppers and onions, however there were no peppers and onions in my wrap. I like this place for going in but unfortunately will not order from them again.

I placed an order today, Oct 17 @ 9:19 am at Picnic on 57th. After an hour of waiting, I called the store @ (212) 751-0900 to the phone just ringing out. I called Seamless who then called Picnic on 57th , they confirmed that they received my order, but they had no delivery person and were just too busy to contact me and inform me. I do not think that they should be on seamless if they encounter delivery issues and especially if they are too busy to contact the customer and inform them of their issues. Had I not followed up with seamless, they would never have called me and just kept my money. Now, I have the inconvenience of trying to locate another restaurant to order breakfast and will be made to wait an additional 20-25 minutes, because I have to place a new order. Please post this review because they should be held accountable for the poor customer service. Never got a chance to rate the food but a rating is required to submit so I chose 1 star.

I love it here. Good food. Bahn Mi may not be the most authentic but it sure tastes good! Also good? The croque monsieur. Good prices and very nice people. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Tuna burger is awesome...agree with previous reviewer. Also the salmon club. Not a fan of their regular fries, but the sweet potato fries are really yummy.

The Banh Mi is *not* authentic. I was disappointed. If you are expecting something that is much closer to a Cuban sandwich with sour pickles, you may like this. If you are expecting a real banh mi, you won't.

I ordered a hummus and sprout sandwich. no sprouts were on it and the hummus was horrendous. very disappointed.
