Pig Heaven

Ordered a few different things to try this place out, and it's definitely the best Chinese option in the neighborhood. I've tried all the other places on here that are rated quite well, and Pig Heaven stood out to me. As others have mentioned, the Chinese-style spare ribs in particular are delicious, and I enjoyed my lo mein as well, which was a particularly generous portion for $10. Delivery was prompt, everything was piping hot.

Pig Heaven was good, but I think it's really overpriced (at least for take out). I went for pickup, and it really seemed like a dine-in place. The quality of the food was high, but it wasn't what I expected. This is high-end Chinese food... everything we ordered was delicate and light. Really good, but such a huge difference than the other Chinese food you get at just a regular place.

Pig Heaven has good "standard" Chinese delivery food, e.g. beef with broccoli and lo mein, but the spare ribs are must orders. They are the best chinese style spare ribs I've had. Delivery was good. I love the soup dumplings but they are better for eat-in than for delivery. However I still order them every time!

Great quick delivery! We loved the scallion pancakes. I think they're kind of known for their ribs, I thought they were ok.

ordered several good meals here in the past, but last night waited an hour for my food to arrive despite that seamless reported it taking 15-20 mins. to top it off, when it did arrive, it was cold. no longer a fan and don't plan on ordering from here again.

Placed an order and although they say 15-30 minutes on the seamless site this is NOT true. After 45 minutes I called and they said it would be there shortly. After 1 hour and it still was not here I called back to complain. They said it will 'get there when it gets there" So they could not be bothered. There are lots of better chinese restaurants in New York. Cross this restaurant off your list is my suggestion

They did not deliver two items that I ordered and when I called to ask about the missing items they proceeded to argue endlessly with me. I insisted that that the items did not arrive but they told me I was wrong. They said, they would credit me for the missing items with my next delivery. Why would I order from them again if they couldn't get my order right the first time and only wanted to argue with me when they made a mistake??

This place is good. I've ordered from so many places in the neighborhood avoiding this one, yet it's the closest to my house.. One night I went with a friend and ate there and was amazed. The food is quality chinese food, very fresh, good and when I order it delivery it's just the same.. hot, crisp vegetables, and is great. I'm not a huge fan of pork, but LOVE spicy food and love their Shredded Pork with Bamboo shoots/mustard greens.. it's amazing. Try the meat dumplings.. yummy

Food in the past has been delicious, but after waiting over an hour and 20 minutes for our food (estimated delivery time 15-30 min), the manager still had no idea when it would be delivered. The restaurant is way too overpriced for this lack of service.

Best Chinese food on the Upper East Side. Every dish is cooked to perfection. Pork may be the specialty, but the beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian dishes are just as good.

peking duck spectacular. the ribs are kind of on the too sweet side for our liking and were a bit surprisingly dried out. the dumplings were nice and the chicken dish was delicious.
