Pita Grill (57th & 2nd)

Customer Service is very bad. They had a $1,000 order in front of my $100 order so my order was pushed aside and was over an hour late. AND they forgot two items. But the clincher is that when I called to ask what was going on, the manager could not give a hoot about my business and stated that she did not care what I wrote on Seamless. So everyone--- do not order from Pita Grill if you want your food and complete order in a timely fashion.

Food arrived in 50 min cold and soggy. It was obvious the food either had been sitting there and forgotten until I called or the delivery took 30min when I live one block away from the restaurant. The person on the phone was also curt and unfriendly. I will never order from pita grill again.

Delivery is usually slow, and I live close by. Pitas are often thrown together quickly and sloppily... but they are tasty, and I keep coming back even though I'm only partially satisfied.

Healthy, Filling. Delicious. My husband and I always choose the falafal platter. So good... I just wish they had whole wheat pita!

The pita grilled salad was delicious!! The eggplant & chicken arrived hot & fresh on top of a well-prepared mix of greens. I opted to eat it without the dressing - I added a little tahini sauce to a few bites instead. I will definitely be ordering this salad again.

I waited over an hour for my food to be delivered, instead of the emailed time of 20-30 minutes. Then, the food was horrible. The falafel was cold, hard and flavorless. The pita was ice cold and not soft. I'm going to remove this one off my list.

Took about 90 minutes for delivery, when the site said it would be 30-45. Called after an hour and they said they had gotten busy, but it was just about to go out. Makes me wonder if they even saw the order until I called. Had the hummus and falafel platter, was good, but they don't give enough pita for how much hummus is there.

i love pita grill. this is the worst one I've ever ordered from. its slow. the food was cold. and sweet potatoe fries arent even fully cooked. i've ordered a few times thinking its a fluke, and it'll be good this time. gross every time.

How can a Mediterraneon restaurant not make good tabouleh. It was tasteless. Ordered a meat platter - the meat was just ok, the grilled veggies, tasteless. It was served with a low fat yogurt - yuck. I'll never order from them again.

Food is ok, but the last 3 times I've ordered from them, they've gotten the order wrong. Items are constantly missing from the order and what does arrive often takes more than an hour. Better off finding another place.
