I love their fattoush salad. Hummus is decent, and pita "chips" are just cut up, cold pieces of pita bread. My issue with them is their customer service. One time I had to correct an order - a simple mistake - and when I called the restaurant to fix my order literally 2 minutes after initially placing it, the person who a,nswered the phone was very rude to me and would not even listen to me insisting on that the delivery guy left and hung up on me. I will be ordering somewhere else from now on.

would give 0 stars if possible. delivery took >90 minutes, "pita chips" were just pieces of pita cut up and MOLDY(?!?!!?), and none of special instructions entered were followed. chicken gyro was so burnt that it had to be thrown out, SO dry and practically unchewable. also received wrong soda. just awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered from here for the first time on a weekend. I got falafel with salad. The falafel was good, the hummus was quite good too. I asked for whole wheat pita on the side and in my options, but when it arrived it was all white. I have never seen a white wheat pita bread, so not sure what exactly they sent. The salad was HORRIBLE, not fresh at all, the greens were stale. I had to throw it all out. I was quite unhappy with that, and will not be ordering from here again.

Love the sesame ginger rice bowl. The grilled chicken in it is very tasty and the dressing is awesome. It's a huge portion and comes with lots of yummy pita!

The food is pretty bad. The chicken pita was cold and bland. Very blah. The delivery also took an hour and 10mins, Overall, a disappointment. I would not order from them again,

Had to wait over an hour for an ice cold soggy pita sandwich that was missing the sides I paid for.

Ordered the grilled chicken platter. Substantial lunch, didn't get to finish it all. Only 3 stars because I placed an order for delivery at 1:30pm and it arrived at 12:45. Not the end of the world, but not when I wanted it.

I have to say, I liked the food. They were SMALL sandwiches for the price though. And although delivery was quick, they forgot the pita chips that came with the weekend special meal. When I called the restaurant and said they forgot my pita chips, she said "It doesn't come with pita chips, only a drink". I said "Really? I read that it does." She said no, and hung up. I went back to the description and sure enough, it DOES come with pita chips. That experience alone turned me off. I'd rather order from a restaurant that admits they were wrong and follows the description that they place online.

Delivery was very fast and the grilled chicken platter was delicious (the garlic sauce was great). I also really appreciated the fact that the sides could be substituted for other things at no extra charge so I could customize the meal to my tastes. The portions were also generous. Recently I ordered a rice bowl and paid extra for grilled onions. Before I even discovered the onions were left out, the restaurant called me and admitted their mistake and brought me the onions. I really appreciated how proactive they were in admitting they had made a mistake and were adamant about correcting the error.

Pita grill is amazing! My roommates and I often have trouble finding a place that we can all order from (I don't like Mexican, they don't like sushi, etc etc)...but pita grill is a great middle ground. The grilled chicken platter is amazing, the chicken is pounded super thin and then grilled. Then you get a choice of sides...I'm not a huge fan of the grilled vegetables but be sure to get the hummus (and I usually get rice as my second side). Without a doubt, choose the garlic sauce on the side, it's delicious. Also, be wary, the babganoush is burnt about 50% of the time...but when it's not, it's delicious too.

Fattoush salad is the biggest rip off. The "fresh mint" is falsely advertised, and not in the salad as one would expect. When I called the restaurant, they claimed that the red bits on top [the fattoush] contain the mint. What I basically paid for was a $9 salad with romaine, tomato and cucumber. Pita Grill is way overrated - there are better comparable restaurants in the area.

order arrived 1 hour 25 minutes when the estimated was 35-50. Also, they're food has changed. I ordered a pita grill salad and it looks like they forget the feta cheese. Not ordering from them again.
