Pita Grill (UES)

The food at Pita Grill is good. Unfortunately you never know when you will get your food. It said 35-45 minutes. We're almost at the two hour mark... No food. The girl I spoke to on the phone said it would be here in 5 minutes... 55 minutes later we're still waiting. We called again and no one knows what is going on, they just keep putting us on hold and lying about when the food will get here. This is not the first time this has happened. Fortunately Seamless refunded our money back. Oh and our food is still not here! Neve again!

Possibly the most disgusting meal I've paid for. The chicken gyro pita was dry, the meat tasteless and looked processed and the salad limp and old. Avoid at all costs.

The Cali hummus was good. My pita was ice cold (dont most places heat it up?!) also I was really upset when my lentil soup came with a giant hold in the top of it and pieces of the top floating in my soup... Thennn I tasted it.. Way too salty.. Like I watered it down and it was still too salty.. And I usually love salt...

food is ok but service is absolutely terrible. Waited an hour for an estimate of 30 to 45 minutes. The delivery man couldn't figure out the buzzer to my building and left without delivering my food. Don't order from this Pita Grill!

falafel pita had great falafel and was delicious. fish tacos were the second thing i ate, and by the time i got to them they were a tad soggy, so id eat these first if you order them. but despite the sogginess the tacos were still stellar and my favorite item to order from here

Food at the Pita Grill is quite tasty; however, they tend to get so busy that they mess up orders quite often. However, because the food is so good I've overlooked that in the past. Their California Hummous is so tasty and flavorful. I love the extract zing of spice! I like that the menu offers a healthy alternative to fast food at reasonable prices.

Ugh, terrible. Dried out grilled chicken sandwiched between a cold pita. The "sauce" it came with was awful, watery and bland. Don't waste your time with so many better options.

Really fresh and delicious! came in fast (even though its snowing outside!!), the french fries are super crisp, the chicken is very tender and the veggies are fresh! Didnt get 5 star b/c the pita was on the dry side and i didnt care much for the hummus. other than that, it was yum!

Food is good but the delivery is *always* super slow and wrong in some form or another. One of the worst delivery operations I've come across on the UES. Other Pita Grills around the city are perfectly fine, don't know why this one is such a disaster.

Consistently fresh + flavorful. Chicken is some of the best seasoned on the UES. Fire Grilled Vegetables + Pita Grill Salad's are Favorite reorders here!

had a delivery today and it was awful. The sweet potato fries were burnt. We just threw them out. the chicken pita was have empty and the grilled veggie pita was all lettuce and falling out of the pita it was like throwing 25.00 out the window. will not order from this place again
