I usually order 2 slices and they come relatively quickly, hot, and delicious. I was nervous about their delivery after the reviews, but I have never had a problem and probably have ordered 10 times from them. I also highly recommend the pesto pizza!

We ordered 2 small plain pizzas. It's been an over an hour. When we called the guy he said, "any minute" without asking our name or order. 15 minutes later we called again and he said "any minute" once more. We I questioned him, he blamed his delivery boy. We only live 8 blocks away. Worst pizza delivery in the Upper West side. This place is a sham.

We ordered pizza with sausage and mushrooms and a salad. They called because they were out of mushrooms and offered us other toppings, which we didn't want. We ended up adding a Tiramisu dessert in place of the extra topping. The pizza arrived after an hour and 15 min, it was cold, and they forgot our salad. The crust was gross--doughy in a disgusting way. The sauce was fine, the cheese wasn't great. The tiramisu was only edible because it was sweet and creamy, but it was nothing special. I won't order from here again. Would much rather be eating chain pizza than this.

Delivery time said 50 minutes (already a very long time) it came in 90 minutes. The pizza is good, but the service is lousy. If you have a good product you should pride yourself on service.

I can't give this restaurant a 5 because the pizza arrived cold, with a slightly lukewarm center, but that being said, it was very tasty! The crust was nice and thin, with just the right amount of cheese. I had arugula and prosciutto with tomato sauce, yum!

The fact I can get a pizza with whole wheat and feel a little less like a farm animal gives this 5 stars! oh.. yeah, it was good too ;)

Delicious white pizza slices. I highly recommend: the Carciofo, Valdostana, and Forestiera Pizza Slices. Pizza was hot when it arrived.
